We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who enjoys solving meaningful problems, taking ownership and building reliable software that people depend on. You’ll have the freedom to shape how you solve problems, while working within a clear technical direction and taking responsibility for the quality and impact of what you build.
What you will join
A small, ambitious team building technology that makes mental health support more accessible. You’ll work closely with product and engineering, with room to shape solutions, take responsibility and grow with the company.
The Role
You’ll primarily work on our Django REST Framework backend and SvelteKit frontend, while also contributing to our AWS infrastructure, deployment pipeline and integrations with external services.
You will:
Design, build and maintain features across our Django REST Framework backend
Contribute to our SvelteKit frontend where needed
Improve and maintain our AWS infrastructure and deployment pipeline
Own features from initial idea and technical planning through to production
Integrate and maintain third-party services, including Stripe
Contribute to technical and product decisions
Ensure high standards for data security, privacy and the secure handling of sensitive data
Use AI tools where they make sense while critically evaluating their output
Help evolve our technical setup, architecture and development processes
Work closely with the CTO and the rest of the team
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of professional full-stack development experience
2+ years of professional experience with Python and Django REST Framework
Solid frontend development experience with SvelteKit, React or a similar framework
Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
A good understanding of data privacy, security and handling of sensitive data
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to critically evaluate their output
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ownership
Strong communication skills in both English and Danish
Able to work effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
Based in or around Copenhagen
Nice to Have
AWS experience, e.g. Elastic Beanstalk, RDS and CloudWatch
Experience with payment systems such as Stripe
Experience from healthcare or other regulated industries
Experience with MedCom
Previous startup experience
