ABOUT HUMAN THINKING (THE COMPANY) AND CHATTUTOR (THE PRODUCT)

Human Thinking builds tools that keep people thinking when they work with AI. Our motto is Human Thinking. AI Assisted.

ChatTutor is our product for education. It lets a teacher decide how the AI behaves in their own course, grounded in their own material and their own didactics, and lets them follow the students' conversations and step in where it makes sense. Practically that means custom PDF parsing for equation-heavy STEM material, an escalation path to the human teacher, and an annotation system that carries good answers forward from semester to semester. We are a small team out of Nørrebro, Copenhagen, working with universities and educational institutions, and a published study in Educational Psychology Review found students learned more with ChatTutor than with ChatGPT.

The product works. Now we need more of the right people to know it exists.

THE ROLE

You will run our outreach engine: the repeatable, measurable machine that turns strangers into conversations and conversations into pipeline. This is not a "help out with marketing" role - it is one system, with numbers attached, and you own the weekly operation of it.

Most of the work is disciplined execution: the engine only compounds if someone runs it every week without dropping days. If you like seeing a chart go up because of something you did a few days before, this is your kind of job.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Outbound on LinkedIn: help run daily outreach - connection requests and messages - from our team's LinkedIn profiles. Target warm leads only - a well-chosen list beats a big one. Write and iterate the message sequences, and track what actually gets replies.

  2. Outbound email: operate and scale our outbound email programme, including list building, sequencing, deliverability and inbox health. Keep every send inside GDPR and the Danish Marketing Practices Act - we would rather send fewer emails than cross the lines.

  3. LinkedIn content engine: plan and publish a high-frequency posting schedule across our team's profiles - one post per profile per day, across six profiles. Six days a week is lead-magnet content; one day a week is founder story. Coordinate around influencer posts with partners in the education space.

  4. Reddit: grow our presence properly - warm up the account first, post roughly three times a week, tell real stories, give away useful blueprints. Never take the bait: you do not debate the haters.

  5. SEO and long-tail content: produce content targeting competitor keywords and the questions educators actually type into Google. Help grow organic traffic and report on what is moving.

  6. Paid social: run Facebook retargeting and acquisition campaigns, and keep an honest eye on cost per lead.

You will not do all six at full intensity in week one. We will start with the two that move fastest and add from there.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You are currently enrolled as a student and can commit 7-10 hours a week over a longer period.

  • You are consistent. This role rewards someone who shows up on the quiet weeks, not someone who does a brilliant burst and disappears.

  • You are comfortable with numbers - open rates, reply rates, CTR, cost per lead - and you form opinions from them.

  • You write clearly and briefly. Most of this job is short-form persuasive writing, on a deadline, at volume.

  • You already use AI tools for research, drafting and automation, or you will pick them up fast.

  • You work independently. With 7-10 hours a week, we need someone who ships without being managed through every step.

  • Danish and English both at a high level is a strong advantage. Interest in education, EdTech or AI is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • 5,000-8,000 DKK per month for 7-10 hours a week, depending on experience.

  • Real ownership of a growth channel from day one, with direct access to the founding team.

  • A rare thing for a student job: you will see the whole funnel, from first touch to signed institution.

  • Hands-on experience with modern outbound and AI tooling.

  • Flexible hours that fit around your studies and exam periods.

HOW TO APPLY

Send the following to the contact email address with the subject line "Student Worker – Growth & Outreach":

  1. The short assignment below. This matters more to us than your CV.

  2. A few lines on who you are, why this role, and any growth or outreach work you have done before - including things that did not work.

  3. Your CV and your LinkedIn profile.

THE ASSIGNMENT

Spend half an hour on chattutor.io, then send us the following on a single page:

  1. One target segment. Who would you go after first, and why them before anyone else?

  2. One LinkedIn DM. Written to a real person in that segment - 80 words or fewer. Tell us who it is addressed to.

  3. One lead magnet idea. What would you give away that an educator would actually download, and what makes it worth their email address?

  4. One number. What would you measure in the first month to know whether any of this is working?

Short and sharp beats long and thorough. We are reading for judgment, not effort.

Application deadline: 13 September 2026. We review applications as they arrive and may hire before the deadline, so send yours early. After the deadline, we invite a shortlist to a short call.

Questions about the role are welcome at the same address.
