GTM Growth Intern at Memtrace

Salary Unpaid

Memtrace builds structural memory for AI coding agents. Today, every agent starts from zero and relearns the codebase each session; we turn the repo into a living graph so it never has to. Local-first, MCP-native, already running inside serious Nordic engineering organizations including Ramboll and Dansk Industri, backed by Antler. The "agent memory" category is forming right now, and you would join at the exact moment it takes shape.

You will not fetch coffee. LinkedIn is our number one acquisition channel and you will run its engine room, mentored daily by a GTM lead with fifteen years of B2B experience: two companies from seed to 50 people, four commercial teams built from scratch, one IPO. You learn outbound the way it is actually done, on a real pipeline, with a playbook that already produces conversations with engineering leaders across Europe. Everything you ship is yours to show afterwards. A portfolio, not a certificate.

The role · one channel, owned end to end

Mission: Being a master of LinkedIn outreach.

  • Outreach. Run the outbound motion with the right ICPs: identify the right engineering leaders in our target accounts, execute our proven playbook, manage every follow-up so no thread ever goes cold, and hand over the warm conversations.

  • Company page. Own the Memtrace company page: posting cadence, repurposing our existing content engine, growing followers, and turning the page into real social proof for prospects who check us out.

  • Engagement. Work the comment and reply layer around our posts and our targets' posts, because on LinkedIn the conversation before the DM is half the outreach.

  • Weekly report. Connections sent, replies, conversations started, what worked, what to change. You present it, you defend it.

Who we are looking for

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in business, marketing, or CS with commercial curiosity.

  • Professional written English. You will write to and for engineers: clarity beats buzzwords, always.

  • Already active on LinkedIn, or visibly itching to be. You understand the platform as a user, not just a theory.

  • Copenhagen preferred, remote on CET possible for the right profile.

  • The trait that actually matters: you do the thing without being chased.

Practicalities

  • Duration and start. 4 to 6 months, starting September or October 2026.

  • Setup. Reporting to Maxime (GTM lead), weekly 1:1, working language English, working style direct.

  • The real upside. Memtrace's first commercial hires will come from the people who prove themselves early. This is the front of that line.

syncable

Syncable — The Cloud OS for the Agentic Era AI now generates code faster than teams can understand, deploy, or govern it. That's the new bottleneck — and it widens every sprint. Three crises hit simultaneously as AI coding adoption accelerated: 1) The Understanding Gap. 50% of all code is now AI-generated. 2) 1 in 4 AI samples contain a confirmed vulnerability — 2.74× more than human-written code. 3) 75% of developers say reviewing AI code is harder. Comprehension debt compounds every sprint. The Governance Gap. Static analysis sees code. Observability sees runtime. Cloud tools see infra. Nothing connects all three. 82% of companies have accumulated security debt; 80% of tech debt will be architectural by 2026 (Gartner). The Deployment Gap. 50%+ of code is AI-generated, but ~0% is deployed autonomously. Teams choose between PaaS lock-in or DIY complexity — at a cost of €450k+ per year in platform engineering alone. Syncable closes all three gaps with one platform: Deploy. Operate. Understand. 1) Deploy any cloud in 20 minutes. One command, zero YAML, BYOC — your cloud, your keys, EU sovereign. 2) Operate with MTTR reduced from 60 minutes to under 5. A knowledge graph links alert → commit → config change in under 30 seconds. 3) Understand your entire system through a Temporal Knowledge Graph — a living, graph-native record of every service, change, dependency, and deployment event, queryable at any point in history. No single competitor provides all three layers with a temporal knowledge graph underneath. That graph is the data moat: it compounds with every repo, every deployment, every incident. What Cursor did for coding, Syncable does for deployment — plus the world model that governs it all.
