Salary Competitive

If you'd love to build out and scale our marketing operation, you're a real numbers- and structure person, and you'd like to own the results marketing creates, come join us!

We ran on intuition and gut feel to begin with. Then we got smarter, and started having success with paid ads. We know how to build the creatives, we have nailed a handful of winning concepts, and the creative engine is running smoothly.

Now, we're ready to build the next evolution of our growth engine: a marketing machine where every dollar is accountable, learnings get locked in, every winning concept gets scaled, every loser gets killed fast, and the whole thing compounds.

The creative input is there. What we need now is the person who owns the outcomes, the weekly performance, and decides what to scale, what to cut, what to test, and what to build.

If you want to be the technical heavyweight in All Gravy's marketing team, keep reading!

πŸ₯ž The mission

All Gravy is the frontline operating system. One platform for everything from comms to learning to handbooks and checklists, with built-in AI. Think WhatsApp meets Duolingo meets Claude for frontline workers. Used daily by brands like GAIL's, Dishoom, 7-Eleven, and Honest Burgers.

We're growing 3x year-over-year, backed by Moonfire, Scale Capital, and operators who've built billion-dollar companies. We just closed fresh funding. We're hiring, scaling fast, and the best is yet to come. πŸš€

🎯 The role

You'll join the Marketing team as the counterweight to our creative resources. Our current team produces, writes, films, and publishes. You are what we need to level up our game: data-driven, analytical, thorough, structured. Together we develop the next iteration of All Gravy's growth engine.

Your main job is performance marketing. We run a lot of paid social – 95% Instagram and Facebook – and we need to constantly get better at knowing and scaling what works.

(That being said, you don't need a ton of experience running social ads. It's less about acing Facebook Campaign Manager, and more about owning the inbound motion as a whole.)

What you own:

  • Running our paid social engine end-to-end: budget, setup, monitoring, deriving next actions

  • Deciding what to scale, what to kill, and where to make variations of winning concepts

  • Building the reporting and attribution so we always know what's actually driving growth

  • Feeding creative insight back to the team: which hooks, formats, and angles convert

  • Owning the decisions on when to 2x, 3x, 5x the budget to find the limits to our growth

Plus the exciting bet: you'll head the growth of our new product-led (PLG) motion – a self-serve entry point into the All Gravy platform. This is a green-field track, it's going live as you read this, and it's yours to grow. Incredible early traction – huge potential in the SMB segment.

🧠 What you'll grow

  • Next phase of our paid engine, with a testing system that separates creative winners from noise

  • The reporting layer that turns spend into decisions – reporting the whole team trusts

  • A self-serve PLG funnel from first touch to activation, and the growth loops that make it compound

  • An operating rhythm for marketing: how we produce, test, measure, decide, and repeat at constantly higher speeds

πŸ‘‹ You'll thrive here if you

  • Live in the data – analytics, attribution, and tooling are second nature. You can build the tool with Claude or similar, the dashboard and read the story in it

  • Have done growth inside a fast-moving B2B SaaS scale-up, so you know how to move fast without breaking anything

  • Are structured and thorough by default. You bring order, systems, and follow-through where others forget

  • Get excited by PLG and self-serve growth – even if you've not run one end-to-end, you're hungry to build it

  • Care more about impact than opinion. You want the number to move, not to win the argument

  • Speak and write excellent English – we're scaling across the UK, US, Germany, and Nordics

⚑ The unfair advantages

  • You'll partner up with a small, but productive marketing team who can supply the creative input needed to succeed with both the current funnel and future PLG motion

  • An in-house production house (Video Producer + Editor) shipping fresh creatives weekly

  • Best-in-class tools – and unlimited Claude tokens to move faster than teams twice your size

  • A product that frontline workers actually love – which makes it extremely fun to market

  • A green-field PLG track – most growth people wait years for a bet this size to be handed to them

πŸ“ˆ Where this goes

3 months: You've got a grip on the paid engine. Reporting is trustworthy, the testing system is running, and you're already making scale/kill calls with confidence.

6 months: Paid is compounding, and the PLG motion has its first 100 self-serve users flowing through our funnel.

Beyond: As we scale into new markets, you grow the growth function – and turn the PLG track into a real, self-serve growth machine for All Gravy.

πŸ’Ž Perks & vibes

  • High-pace, high-trust environment with ex-founders and scale-up pros

  • Autonomy to experiment and the budget to back it up

  • Healthy snacks & sodas in an always-stocked fridge

  • Team events – socials, offsites, and an occasional wine tasting

  • Learning culture – we give direct feedback, we give responsibility, and we learn fast

Working at
All Gravy

All Gravy: All the people stuff in one employee app - built for hospitality Hospitality is one of the largest employment sectors in Europe. It's also one of the most chaotic to operate. The average multi-site restaurant group or hotel brand manages hundreds of hourly workers across dozens of locations - none of whom sit at a desk, have a work email, or receive information through the same channel twice. The result is predictable. New starters show up on day one not knowing what to do. Training happens inconsistently, or not at all. Managers spend half their day answering the same questions on repeat. Communication happens in WhatsApp groups that the business doesn't own, can't audit, and can't control. Staff churn - already the highest of any industry, averaging 75% annually - gets worse. And operators have no way of knowing why. The tools that exist to solve this were built for office workers. They assume laptops, corporate email, and people who sit still. Hospitality doesn't work like that. All Gravy is the fix. We're a communications and learning app built specifically for multi-site hospitality operators - restaurant groups, hotel brands, contract caterers, quick-service chains. Our customers typically manage between 200 and 1,000 staff across multiple locations in the UK, Scandinavia, and Germany. The product gives operators one place to run everything people-related: Staff communications - a branded, structured feed that works like social media. Managers post to the right people by location, role, or team. Employees are notified. Everything is documented. No more WhatsApp chaos. Onboarding journeys - automated, role-specific sequences that start the moment a new hire is added to the system. They arrive on day one prepared, connected to the brand, and knowing what's expected of them. Training and learning - a full LMS designed for deskless workers, supporting both digital courses and in-person sessions, with attendance tracking, completion records, and automated reminders built in. Digital handbooks - a living, searchable library that employees access from their phone. Update once, everyone sees it instantly. No more outdated PDFs or laminated binders no one reads. AI assistant - trained on the operator's own content, not the internet. Employees get instant, accurate answers to questions about policies, procedures, and their role. Managers stop answering the same things over and over. The employee experience looks and feels like a social media app - because that's what people actually use. Adoption is high because the product meets people where they already are. The admin side is a web dashboard where operators build and manage everything centrally, with full visibility into engagement, training completion, onboarding progress, and team sentiment across every location. The problem is big. There are roughly 90 million deskless workers in Europe. Hospitality alone employs millions, with vacancy and churn rates that cost the sector billions in lost revenue every year. The tools available to operators haven't kept up with what the problem actually requires. The opportunity is clear. Operators who invest in their people's experience - making them feel informed, connected, and supported from day one - see measurably lower turnover, better training compliance, and lower management overhead. All Gravy makes that investment easy, scalable, and consistent across every location in a business. We've raised €5.8M+ to date, backed by Moonfire Ventures, Scale Capital, and a syndicate of angels including senior operators and investors from Google, Deliveroo, and Peakon. Our customers include some of the largest hospitality operators in Northern Europe. We're building the operating layer for the front-line hospitality workforce - the infrastructure that makes it possible to run a great team at scale, not just at one site, but across all of them.
