Founding CTO — Humanity Pacts®
Copenhagen, Denmark · Co-founder Equity · Full-time
Building the Interaction Intelligence layer for teams
Humanity Pacts is an AI-powered Interaction Intelligence platform that helps teams intentionally design how they work together instead of leaving collaboration to habit or chance.
Organizations invest heavily in strategy, processes, and technology. Yet the human operating system that determines whether those investments succeed—how people communicate, challenge ideas, make decisions, navigate tension, and coordinate work—is rarely designed with the same intention.
We believe this is one of the largest untapped opportunities in the future of work.
Humanity Pacts combines AI, behavioural science, and a proprietary methodology to help teams identify recurring interaction patterns and transform them into TeamPacts®: practical agreements that make better ways of working visible, actionable, and sustainable.
The methodology has been developed over several years through real facilitation, supported by patented IP, and refined with organisations including IKEA, Maersk, WHO, UNDP, UNOPS, Novo Nordisk, Médecins Sans Frontières, LEGO School, and others.
The methodology has been proven in practice. Now we're building the technology that can scale it.
The Role
As Founding CTO, you'll work alongside founder Analá Farías to build Humanity Pacts from an early stage.
This is a builder-founder role.
The product vision, methodology, and customer problem are already well defined (with room for creation).
Your role is to transform that vision into a robust, scalable technology platform.
During the first stage, you'll be deeply hands-on—designing the architecture, building key parts of the platform, and making the engineering decisions required to move from a validated methodology to a production-ready product.
As the company grows, you'll build the engineering function and lead the technical direction of the company.
You'll work closely with product, design, and behavioural science to translate complex human interactions into intuitive, reliable software.
You will
Co-own the technical vision and contribute to major company decisions.
Define the technology roadmap and architectural foundations.
Design and build an AI-powered Interaction Intelligence platform.
Transform validated concepts into secure, scalable, production-ready systems.
Build the infrastructure for AI orchestration, structured behavioural data, traceability, privacy, and responsible AI.
Work directly with pilot customers to learn from real-world usage and continuously improve the product.
Establish engineering principles, technical standards, and future hiring.
Represent the technical vision with customers, partners, and investors as the company grows.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a technical founder who enjoys building products where AI, technology, and human behaviour meet.
You enjoy turning ambiguity into systems. You combine technical depth with product thinking and are comfortable moving between architecture, implementation, customer conversations, and strategic decisions.
You'll likely bring many of these qualities:
Experience building and shipping production software, ideally SaaS, AI-enabled platforms, or data-intensive products.
Strong systems thinking and the ability to design secure, reliable, and scalable architectures.
Confidence making pragmatic technical decisions in fast-moving environments.
Experience working closely with product and design to translate user needs into iterative, testable products.
Curiosity about AI, behavioural science, and human-centred technology.
A founder mindset—you enjoy ownership, uncertainty, and building from first principles.
Experience with LLM applications, structured generation, knowledge systems, enterprise software, collaboration platforms, or modern web technologies is valuable.
More important than any specific technology is your ability to learn quickly, challenge assumptions, and build thoughtfully.
You don't need to match every requirement. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a company—not simply fill a role.
About the Founder
Humanity Pacts was created by Analá Farías, inventor of the Humanity Tiles® methodology.
Over the last five years, Analá has focused on understanding the science behind effective teams—how trust, psychological safety, decision-making, communication patterns, and social dynamics shape collective performance.
Her work combines behavioural science, innovation strategy, human-centred design, organisational development, and communication to create a new category of people technology: systems that help teams move from default ways of working to intentionally designed interactions.
The methodology has been developed and refined through real facilitation with organisations navigating genuine transformation. The interaction patterns, behavioural rules, language libraries, and AI rulesets behind Humanity Pacts are grounded in practice—not theory.
What We Offer
This is a genuine technical co-founder opportunity with meaningful ownership of both the company and the product.
The role includes co-founder equity with a standard vesting schedule and one-year cliff.
Ownership areas, decision-making responsibilities, intellectual property, compensation, and future dilution will be discussed openly and agreed before commitment.
Humanity Pacts is currently preparing an Innofounder application for August 2026. If successful, the programme will support a 12-month period of focused company building.
Before funding is secured, we expect a close part-time collaboration to build trust, validate technical direction, and develop the first production-ready version of the platform together.
If funding takes longer than expected, we'll continue through a combination of grants, early-stage investment, and revenue from existing workshop activities while remaining transparent about pace, priorities, and commitments.
The role is based in Copenhagen. Hybrid working is possible, but close founder collaboration is important.
Join Us
