Cludo is an AI-powered site search platform that believes every website and app deserves a search that's easy but not basic. Cludo's platform is used by marketing teams and developers at some of the biggest brands across the globe to understand what their end users are looking for and to deliver the right content through intelligent, AI-driven search. We continuously strive to realize our mission: helping our customers turn search into actionable insight and better experiences for their users. Our guiding light as we work towards our mission is our values: Growth, Passion, Reason, and Sincerity.
We are now looking for 2 x part-time/student North American Business Development Representative (BDR) with a focus on Higher Education, Local Government, NGOs and Associations to join our team in Copenhagen and become a key driver in building Cludo's presence across the North American market. You will be part of our BDR team, reporting to Matteo Pasquato, GTM and Commercial Lead, and working closely with Matt, our Account Executive specialized in the public sector.
This is your chance to help open and grow an entire market. As our North America Local Government, Nonprofit & Associations BDR, you will be the first voice prospects hear, the person who turns curiosity into conversations and conversations into real sales opportunities. You'll focus specifically on either Higher Education or local government bodies, non-profits, and membership associations across the US and Canada, qualifying leads for Matt and Sara to close, and seeing the direct impact of your work as Cludo expands its footprint in North America.
This role is all about attitude. We are looking for someone driven, high energy, and genuinely eager to learn something every day. Someone who wants to be part of a company that is growing fast and wants to accelerate. You are not afraid to take that extra leap, you are comfortable trying new approaches, you enjoy talking with new people, and you do not take "no" as a final answer. You bring the energy, the curiosity, and the resilience; we will give you the tools, the coaching, and the market to go after. If that sounds like you, you will fit right in with our BDR team.
This is a part-time/student role of around 15-20 hours per week, based in our Copenhagen office. There is flexibility, of course, but being in the office matters for collaboration, learning, and momentum. Given the North American time zone, some flexibility around working hours is expected. It is a great fit if you want to grow your career in sales and be part of a collaborative, energetic team that learns and wins together. Working closely with our GTM and Commercial Lead and the wider sales team gets you up to speed quickly and makes you feel part of the team from day one.
