Complir is the AI platform for the product compliance lifecycle. We help retailers, brands, and manufacturers, including Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Matas, and Konges Sløjd, get their products to market faster across the EU, UK, US, and beyond. From the moment a product is born until it's market ready, Complir runs the compliance lifecycle: assessing what applies, generating what's required, and explaining what to do next.

We're a Danish startup founded in late 2024, backed by leading investors and selected for Y Combinator (Spring 2026). We're a small team moving fast in a market being reshaped by regulations like the Digital Product Passport, GPSR, and REACH.

Who we're looking for

We hire ahead of job posts more often than behind them. If you're exceptional at what you do, whether that's engineering, AI/ML, product, compliance and regulatory affairs, sales, or something we haven't thought of yet, we want to hear from you.

You care about the problem: compliance is the unglamorous backbone of commerce, and we think fixing it is a big deal.
