Hello Retail is looking for a BDR Team Lead to drive our outbound engine across international markets. This is a player coach role: you carry your own BDR target while leading the BDR team on a daily basis and owning the meeting and pipeline results for your region. You will set the pace, run the daily rhythm, and make sure the team consistently delivers qualified opportunities to our Account Executives.
Carrying your own BDR target: prospecting, qualifying and booking meetings alongside the team, leading from the front
Leading the BDR team day to day: daily standups, structured callout blocks, pipeline reviews and one on one coaching
Owning the outbound results for your region and being accountable for meetings booked and pipeline generated
Coaching BDRs on prospecting, qualification and objection handling, using our SPIN based playbook
Building and refining target lists, sequences and outbound plays together with marketing and the AEs
Monitoring activity and conversion data in Pipedrive, spotting what works and scaling it across the team
Onboarding and ramping new BDRs as the team grows across markets
Fluent in Dutch, Swedish or Italian, with strong written and verbal English
A proven BDR or SDR with a consistent track record of hitting targets in B2B sales, ideally SaaS or ecommerce technology
First leadership experience, or a clear appetite and aptitude to step into a lead role while still carrying a personal target
Energetic and structured: you love the daily grind of outbound and know how to make it fun and productive for a team
Data driven, comfortable steering on activity metrics, conversion rates and pipeline numbers
A natural coach who gives direct feedback and celebrates wins loudly
Based in Copenhagen; this team works together in the office
