As a Customer Success Associate & Crafting Expert at Hobbii, youâll be looking after our lovely customers via email, phone and Trustpilot. Youâll play a key role in delivering the best customer service possible. With your charm and dedication, youâll assist our customers with everything from yarn, patterns and product specifics to general questions about shipping details and more.

Professional proficiency in Danish and fluency in both German and English (both spoken and written) - We're basically looking for a linguistic wizard/witch

A Danish work permit
Youâll be based at our vibrant HQ on Dortheavej, Copenhagen, where we offer brekkie, a delicious lunch, themed Friday bars, and damn good coffee âïž. Weâre also flexible with remote working đ§âđ» as long as we get to enjoy your company at the office minimum 3-4 days weekly. Weâd love for you to join us as soon as possible and stay until the end of January 2027. Itâs a temporary full-time role.
