Rumli is acquiring property management companies across Denmark at a high pace, and we need someone to bring each one on board. As Integration Lead, you're responsible for how that actually happens: from a signed deal to a business running the Rumli way. You'll work hand in hand with our co-founders, the operations and product teams, and you'll be the one who keeps things moving and people steady when several integrations are running at once.
The day a deal closes is the day the real work begins. A team that spent years, or even decades, building something is suddenly part of Rumli. Your job is to make that transition feel like an upgrade. The people who join us get better tools and more time for the work that matters, and the owners and tenants they serve keep the same service they trusted, now with more transparency and attention.
We’re building the property manager we always wished existed: professional, transparent and driven by our own technology.
For nine years, the team behind Rumli built software for property management, used today by +700 owners across more than 12,000 tenancies. Along the way we learned where the industry works well and where it doesn’t. Better software alone didn’t fix it, so we took the next step: we now run the management ourselves, with our own platform and AI in the background.
The software handles the repetitive work, such as rent collection, reconciliations, and follow-ups, so we can spend our time on people and the cases that require judgment and attention. We grow by acquiring established property management companies and migrating their portfolios onto our setup. That’s where you come in. Every acquisition is a group of new colleagues and customers held back by the old way of doing things, and you’re the one who makes the move feel like an upgrade, not a disruption.
Own integration end to end. You run every integration end to end, from the signed deal to the business running the Rumli way: the plan, the timeline, the people and the outcome. You keep it moving, and you’re accountable for it landing well.
Translate old into new. Map how an acquired company really works, its systems and processes, and shape how it moves onto Rumli. You help decide what carries over, what we streamline and what we automate.
Lead the people through the change. Every acquisition comes with a team that knows the owners, tenants, and properties better than anyone else. Keep them steady, heard and supported, so they stay and want to.
Protect the service through the change. Make sure owners and tenants are in safe hands during the transition: no interruptions, no gaps, no surprises.
Be present. Integration happens face to face. Expect to spend real time onsite with acquired teams around Denmark, especially in the early weeks of each acquisition.
Make the next one faster. Turn each integration into a playbook, so the tenth acquisition runs smoother than the first.
Help shape the platform. Spot the friction that shows up in every integration and work with the product team on what to build and automate next.
Have run change before. You’ve led integrations, migrations, onboarding or change programmes, and you know how messy real handovers can get.
Bring order to chaos. You can take a messy, ambiguous handover and turn it into a clear plan people can actually follow.
Stay calm under pressure. You hold the service standard steady when several portfolios, systems and people all need you at once.
Lead with people, not authority. You bring an acquired team along by being straight with them and listening, so the change feels done with them, not to them.
Take responsibility. “This is my responsibility, and I need to figure it out” is how you work. You move, learn and adjust, rather than wait for a perfect plan.
Are bilingual. Fluent Danish in writing and speech, and comfortable in English, our internal working language.
You don’t need a specific degree or a long CV. We care about how you work, how you treat people, and whether you can bring order to messy, decades-old operations. If you’ve untangled and rebuilt something real before, that counts for much more than a title.
We won’t hand you a day-by-day onboarding plan. We’ll hand you the first integration, and the support to get it right.
Success isn’t “we made progress”. It’s portfolios live on our platform, manual routines replaced by automation, and happy colleagues and customers. It’s the acquired team finding the new way of working easier than the old one. And it’s the next integration running faster than the last, because you wrote and continuously improved the playbook that made it repeatable.
You’ll be responsible for those outcomes. When an integration lands well, that’s you. When it drifts, you’re the one who catches it and pulls it back.
