As our new Office Ambassador you'll join the People & Workplace team based in Copenhagen, reporting to Heidi, working to make Lunar's office a place people actually want to show up to.

What will you do?

• Keep the Copenhagen office tidy, stocked, and running smoothly — from supplies and deliveries to minor maintenance

• Prepare welcome kits and support new joiners on their first days, making sure they feel at home from day one

• Assist with meetings, events, and anything the day throws at you — no two days look the same

• Be the first face people see when they walk in, and the reason the office feels like a great place to be

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience in a service, hospitality, or office environment — you know what it means to keep things running behind the scenes

• Proactive and organised, with a steady head when tasks pile up

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your space

• A can-do attitude and the kind of positive energy that makes a difference to the people around you

• Confident communicating in English, our everyday company language

A few practical details: this is a fixed-term role for 1 year, working approximately 22–32 hours per week, typically 8 AM–4 PM on weekdays. The hourly pay is 140kr.

We're hiring two Office Ambassadors, with a preferred start date of mid-August.
