We're not looking for a classic sales director. We're looking for someone who wants to build something.

Userlink has found product-market fit in Denmark. Now we're taking the next step: building a scalable commercial engine, opening new markets, and laying the foundation for our next funding round within 12 months.

You're not joining a large organization. You're joining the leadership team. You get mandate, ownership, and equity.


What you'll build

So far we've grown through founder-led sales, cold outreach, and strong partnerships. It works. Now we need to prove it scales internationally.

You'll own the full commercial machine:

  • New business

  • Customer expansion and retention

  • Marketing and demand generation

  • GTM strategy across markets

  • International expansion and local partnerships

  • Building the team, processes, and structure

And most importantly, you're in the deals yourself. We don't believe in leaders who live in dashboards. You're in the meetings, running demos, closing customers, and setting the pace.

Who you'll work with

Christian (31), CEO and co-founder, has taken Userlink from idea to a customer base of some of the Nordic region's biggest brands in just over two years. Dennis (43), CTO, has founded multiple companies before Userlink and brings operational experience from leading tech companies through scaling phases.

We work directly, decide quickly, and give partners full mandate. You join as the third member of the leadership team with full ownership of the commercial side.


Who is Userlink?

We build AI for customer dialogue and business process automation. We already work with brands like XL-BYG, Coolshop, Bahne, and Bygma. We've validated the product. Now it's about growth.

Practical

The role requires full presence at our office in Odense, located in front of Storms Pakhus.


English is our working language and required. Danish is preferred since many of our current customers operate in Danish, but strong English plus a willingness to pick up Danish quickly works too. An additional EU language is a plus as we expand internationally.
