About the position

Join the FLEXECHARGE Sales & Marketing team and help us achieve our ambitious 2026 targets during this 6-month internship, full time or part-time.

You’ll experience continuous learning and growth alongside seasoned professionals with strong experience from startups, scaleups, and corporate environments. You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams and contribute to strengthening both our online presence and our revenue operations. 

Your mission will be to support FLEXECHARGE across two key areas: Marketing and RevOps

On the Marketing side, you’ll help us create and distribute engaging content, manage our company channels, and strengthen our visibility in the energytech and e-mobility ecosystem. This includes video editing, managing our YouTube account, and taking ownership of our company page on LinkedIn. 

On the RevOps side, you’ll support the Sales team by helping evaluate inbound leads, researching prospects, maintaining useful sales and marketing data, and contributing to our AI Content Assistant project. 

AI will be part of your daily work. At FLEXECHARGE, we love to experiment, test, learn, and improve how we work with new tools. You’ll get the opportunity to apply AI in real business tasks across content, sales support, research, and operational workflows. 

We’re seeking a motivated, curious, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for sustainability, the Green Transition, and the fast-growing e-mobility sector. You should be self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn by doing. 

 


Projects you’ll be involved in 

  • Take ownership of our Company Page on LinkedIn 

  • Support video editing for marketing and communication purposes 

  • Manage and update our YouTube account 

  • Assist with content creation for social media, newsletters, campaigns, and sales enablement 

  • Support the Sales team in evaluating inbound leads 

  • Research prospects, accounts, and market opportunities 

  • Contribute to our AI Content Assistant project 

  • Use AI tools in your daily work to improve research, content production, and workflows 

  • Assist with CRM-related tasks and data quality 

  • Support webinars, events, and ecosystem activities 

  • Assist with various Marketing and RevOps tasks depending on priorities 

 

What you bring to the table 

  • Interest in marketing, sales, RevOps, or business development 

  • Experience with social media management, especially LinkedIn, is a plus 

  • Interest in video editing and content creation 

  • Familiarity with YouTube, LinkedIn, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools 

  • Curiosity about CRM tools such as HubSpot 

  • Strong interest in AI tools and willingness to experiment with them 

  • Creative thinking and a structured approach to tasks 

  • Professional fluency in English 

  • Interest in sustainability, e-mobility, energytech, or the Green Transition 

  • A proactive mindset and a huge drive to get s**t done!
