We're looking for a founding Growth Lead to join our portfolio company, Karma, before launch and own user acquisition from day one.

Not someone who wants to manage agencies.

Someone who loves figuring out how to get in front of users, building partnerships, creating content, testing ideas, measuring results, and doubling down on what works.


About Karma

Insurance is broken. Policies are impossible to understand, claims are frustrating, and most people have no idea what they’re actually covered for.

We’re changing that.

Karma is building an AI-powered insurance companion that lets people upload their policies, ask questions in plain language, understand their coverage, and get the help they need when they need it. Think ChatGPT, but trained on your own insurance.

Our MVP is ready, and we're preparing for launch.


Your mission is simple: Get users.

You’ll own the entire user acquisition journey at Karma. That means finding smart, low-cost ways to get users, building partnerships that give us access to new audiences, and continuously testing new growth ideas. You’ll set up the tracking and analytics needed to understand exactly where our users come from, what’s working, and what isn’t. You’ll develop campaigns, create content together with the team, run both organic and paid initiatives, and own our Instagram and TikTok growth. From the first idea to the final analysis, you’ll be responsible for turning great ideas into measurable growth.


Who you are

You may have worked in growth, performance marketing, content creation, social media, or startups. What matters most is that you know how to get users. You’re resourceful, creative, data-driven, and love testing new ideas. You’re native on Instagram and TikTok, curious about what makes people click, share, and convert, and excited by the pace and uncertainty of an early-stage startup.

Most importantly, you’re a genuinely good person. We spend too much of our lives at work to do it with people we don’t enjoy being around. We value kindness, humility, honesty, and people who want those around them to succeed. We don’t work with jerks, no matter how talented they are.


The opportunity

The role is expected to start as a part-time commitment (roughly 10-20 hours/week), with the ambition of growing into a full-time role as the company scales.

This is not a salaried role initially.

We are pre-launch and bootstrapping. The role starts with a meaningful warrant package and the opportunity to help shape the company from the ground up.

The founding team consists of experienced entrepreneurs and startup operators with backgrounds from companies including Trustpilot and multiple venture-backed startups.

For the right person, this could evolve into a core leadership role within the company.
