Customer Success Specialist

Salary DKK 30,000 - DKK 35,000 per month

At Dripdrop, we host partnerships, not just manage accounts.

You have worked with customers or partners before. Maybe in CS. Maybe in Sales. Maybe in hospitality, account management, or partnerships. Doesn't matter what the title was. What matters is you know how to build trust with someone over time, and you know what it feels like when that trust turns into something real.

You also know the frustrating version of this job. Too reactive. Too much inbox. Too far away from the actual growth of the business.

At Dripdrop, we are trying to build CS differently.

We don't see CS as the team that takes over after Sales. We see it as one of our strongest growth engines. Our best opportunities often come from existing partners; A hotel that introduces us to the rest of the group. An office that expands to more locations. In this role you help spot small signals and turn them into real growth opportunities.

How we think about CS

We believe CS isn't about solving problems. It's about creating moments where a partner thinks: they get us, they care, they make this easy. That's why the CS team we are building acts with a host mindset, not just an operator with a checklist.

💼 An operator completes the task. A host owns the experience.

💙 An operator answers the question. A host understands what's behind it.

🎯 An operator waits to be asked. A host sees the opportunity first.

The role

You'll own a portfolio of partners across hotels, offices, and venues.

Success is that those relationships grow in value. Stronger usage, better retention, referrals, expansion or simply a partner who trusts you more because you showed up for them.

You'll report to our CS lead, but you wont be waiting for things to land in your lap. You'll create opportunities, spot what partners need before they ask, and turn relationships into measurable commercial results.

You're independent and trusted to make good judgments without needing approval on every decision.

Part of the role is partner visits across Europe. Not every week, but often. We believe relationships grow faster and better in person. Sitting with a partner, walking through a hotel, seeing the small details that never show up in a dashboard.

You will be doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing partners 

  • Build real relationships with partners - the kind where trust becomes commercial momentum 

  • Spot referrals, expansions, and case story opportunities before they're obvious 

  • Travel across Europe to meet partners face to face 

  • Create measurable commercial impact tied directly to your actions 

  • Know when to pull in Sales, Support, or Marketing, and get everyone aligned

You will thrive if

  • You've worked in CS, Account Management, Partnerships, Sales, or hospitality, and you know how to build trust over time

  • You can spot a commercial opportunity without making the relationship feel transactional

  • You're comfortable asking for the referral, the intro, or the expansion conversation when the timing is right

  • You take ownership without needing every step mapped out. You're calm when things get messy

  • You like the idea of being on a plane some weeks, meeting partners and seeing how Dripdrop actually works on the ground

  • You communicate clearly in English

Who we are

Dripdrop is a Danish scale-up on a mission to make rainy days better and sustainability effortless, for the places people stay, work and visit. We started with a simple belief: the small moments matter, and the things we make should be built to last, not thrown away. That belief runs through everything, from products designed to survive years of heavy use rather than a single season, to relationships we build to last years, not quarters. In a throwaway world, we're a deliberate push the other way.

🌱 Every umbrella is made from recycled materials

🌍 Every rental supports the collection of plastic waste from the ocean

🏨 Every partner helps make their corner of the world a little more sustainable

We're already in more than 1,800 properties across 25 countries, including Scandic, Radisson, Marriott, and Hilton, and we are growing fast. We're an international team with a big mission, a real culture of learning, and a 4-day work week every second week. Our working language is English.

How to apply

Send us a 2-minute video introducing yourself. Tell us: 

  • What made you stop on this role 

  • A partnership or customer relationship you helped grow 

  • A moment where you spotted an opportunity others missed 

  • A mistake you made, and what it taught you

We review applications on an ongoing basis, so don't wait too long.

Working at
Dripdrop

Dripdrop is a tech company helping the world’s best hotels offer stylish, eco-friendly umbrellas to their guests and in doing so, we’re disrupting the built-to-break culture. Most products today are designed to fail so companies can sell more. We do the opposite. Our umbrellas are built to last, to be shared, and to be repaired. The longer they stay in use, the better it is for both the planet and our business. That’s the kind of circular thinking we believe should shape the future. Hotels usually spend surprising amounts of time and resources managing umbrellas on rainy days. Guests just want to stay dry and that’s where we come in. Dripdrop automates the whole experience, making it simple, reliable, and fun instead of stressful. We’re already in more than 1,800 hotels across 25 countries, including Scandic, Radisson, Marriott, and Hilton and growing fast. At Dripdrop, we believe that great companies are built by people who grow together. We value curiosity, courage, and collaboration more than titles or hierarchy. We’re a team of 28 people from across the world, Brazil, Denmark, the US, Romania, Italy, Lithuania, Sweden, Hungary, Marocco, UK, Poland, Russia, Chile, Croatia, Germany and Iceland, united by a shared goal of doing meaningful work with a smile on our faces. Every second week is a 4-day work week, giving everyone time to recharge and stay inspired. We believe in individual freedom with collective responsibility. We celebrate progress, not perfection. And we’re constantly evolving, because standing still is the fastest way to fall behind. If you want to help change how products are made, shared, and valued, Dripdrop might be your next adventure.
