You have worked with customers or partners before. Maybe in CS. Maybe in Sales. Maybe in hospitality, account management, or partnerships. Doesn't matter what the title was. What matters is you know how to build trust with someone over time, and you know what it feels like when that trust turns into something real.
You also know the frustrating version of this job. Too reactive. Too much inbox. Too far away from the actual growth of the business.
At Dripdrop, we are trying to build CS differently.
We don't see CS as the team that takes over after Sales. We see it as one of our strongest growth engines. Our best opportunities often come from existing partners; A hotel that introduces us to the rest of the group. An office that expands to more locations. In this role you help spot small signals and turn them into real growth opportunities.
We believe CS isn't about solving problems. It's about creating moments where a partner thinks: they get us, they care, they make this easy. That's why the CS team we are building acts with a host mindset, not just an operator with a checklist.
💼 An operator completes the task. A host owns the experience.
💙 An operator answers the question. A host understands what's behind it.
🎯 An operator waits to be asked. A host sees the opportunity first.
You'll own a portfolio of partners across hotels, offices, and venues.
Success is that those relationships grow in value. Stronger usage, better retention, referrals, expansion or simply a partner who trusts you more because you showed up for them.
You'll report to our CS lead, but you wont be waiting for things to land in your lap. You'll create opportunities, spot what partners need before they ask, and turn relationships into measurable commercial results.
You're independent and trusted to make good judgments without needing approval on every decision.
Part of the role is partner visits across Europe. Not every week, but often. We believe relationships grow faster and better in person. Sitting with a partner, walking through a hotel, seeing the small details that never show up in a dashboard.

You take ownership without needing every step mapped out. You're calm when things get messy
You like the idea of being on a plane some weeks, meeting partners and seeing how Dripdrop actually works on the ground
You communicate clearly in English
Dripdrop is a Danish scale-up on a mission to make rainy days better and sustainability effortless, for the places people stay, work and visit. We started with a simple belief: the small moments matter, and the things we make should be built to last, not thrown away. That belief runs through everything, from products designed to survive years of heavy use rather than a single season, to relationships we build to last years, not quarters. In a throwaway world, we're a deliberate push the other way.
