You're early in your commercial career, or ready to step properly into it, and you already think commercially from day one. You like being in front of people. You're curious about what actually makes a partner tick. And you want to get genuinely, seriously good at the craft of selling, with people around you who'll coach you to get there. The hunger for growing has to be yours already.
Here's what makes that easy to care about: we don't sell to customers, we build with partners. We grow through relationships, timing, and trust, earned in every conversation. We earn the yes rather than push for it, and what we're selling is worth believing in. It's what we call Experience-Led Growth: we grow because partners genuinely love working with us and tell others, not because we chase them. Every umbrella we place turns a rainy day into the thing a guest remembers, and every one borrowed pulls plastic out of the ocean. It's more than just umbrellas.
You'd join at a real turning point. We're building to last, expanding into the U.S., and sharpening our commercial engine across 25+ countries, and the next chapter is the one you'd actually help write. Early enough to shape it. Real enough to matter.
This is a role focused on learning the craft of commercial work, the Dripdrop way. You'll host meetings and demos, follow up on opportunities, and convert the deals in front of you, all while building the judgment to read partners well and earn their trust. Selling here isn't about pressure or product features. It's emotional selling: understanding what a partner actually cares about, making them feel understood, and building the kind of relationship that turns a first conversation into a partnership that lasts. A commercial mindset is expected from day one, you tie what you do to the value it creates, and as you grow, so does your scope.
You'll be based at our Aarhus HQ, and travel is part of the job. You're expected to meet partners in person and be on the road when the work calls for it.
Starting new conversations yourself. You reach out and open doors rather than only handling what comes to you, and you're happy to travel to meet partners face to face.
Running demos that land. You don't just show what the product does, you show a partner why it matters for their guests and their business, so it feels relevant to them.
Closing, and closing consistently. You follow up, stay on it, and win partners over, getting to the point where it's reliable, not down to luck.
Seeing past the single deal. You handle what's in front of you well, while learning to spot which partners could grow into something much bigger.
Giving partners a confident start. You set clear, honest expectations along the way, then hand over smoothly to your colleagues in Customer Success, so partners feel looked after, not dropped.
Keeping things in order. Clear notes, accurate records, the small stuff done properly so nothing slips through.
Helping the bigger pushes land. You pitch in on our larger campaigns and projects, learning how they come together as you go.
Getting better, in the open. You take feedback, act on it, and start asking for it, thinking about what didn't work and changing it. As you find your feet, you share what works with the team.
You think commercially from day one, you connect what you do to the value it creates
You're genuinely open to feedback. You take it, act on it, and start asking for it, rather than getting defensive
You'd rather understand a partner than pitch at them
You read a room fast. You pick up on what people aren't saying, and you can walk in not knowing anyone and have them opening up within minutes.
You're a positive presence on the team, sharing what works as you find your feet
You're fluent in English, in writing and conversation
You're curious and hungry to learn, and not afraid to try, get it wrong, and go again. Here, failing is part of growing
Dripdrop is a Danish scale-up on a mission to make rainy days better and sustainability effortless, for the places people stay, work and visit. We started with a simple belief: the small moments matter, and the things we make should be built to last, not thrown away. That belief runs through everything, from products designed to survive years of heavy use rather than a single season, to relationships we build to last years, not quarters. In a throwaway world, we're a deliberate push the other way.
🌱 Every umbrella is made from recycled materials
🌍 Every rental supports the collection of plastic waste from the ocean
