We are looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Analytics Engineer to help drive our automation and AI journey - and to contribute to the continuous development and growth of our brand of endurance and outdoor gear.

With a focus on Danish design and sustainable manufacturing in Europe and Asia, we are a young high-growth company, with a flat structure and a friendly, dynamic working environment. We are a truly international team consisting of 70 professionals with 25 different nationalities based in Copenhagen at Holmen and Gramrode near Horsens.

What can you expect from the job?

As our Junior Analytics Engineer, you will:

• Build and maintain ELT pipelines, and model the ingested data to business needs in dbt

• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives

• Help take automations and agentic workflows into production - and grow into the architecture and hosting behind them

• Build data products people use - dashboards, automated reports, and ad-hoc analyses

• Ensure data quality and maintain documentation

• Participate in ML/AI projects and help to execute on our AI roadmap

  
  

What do we expect from you?

• Design, implement, and maintain automation pipelines that reduce manual work across the business

• Develop (agentic) solutions using modern AI tools and frameworks

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and see them through to delivery

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

You don’t need to tick every box — but solid hands-on experience with several of the following is what we’re after:

• Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Working knowledge of SQL

• Familiarity with data modelling and a cloud data warehouse (we use BigQuery)

• Experience with agentic development/AI automations

• Experience with dbt and version control (Git)

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools

• Experience with Python

• Business process optimization experience

• Bonus: exposure to deploying solutions in production - hosting, architecture, CI/CD

• Passion for sports is a bonus

Location: Copenhagen Holmen, at Talent Garden Rainmaking
