Hubb Kitchens is a Danish scale-up building the leading delivery-focused chain of restaurant in the Nordics. We have served 500,000+ orders, are rated 8.8/10 across 50,000+ reviews on Wolt, and have twice been awarded highest-rated restaurant on Wolt in Denmark. We generate ~40M DKK in annual revenue and are raising to expand across Sweden, Norway and Finland. Our food (burgers, fried chicken, Greek gyros, Asian bao) is developed by Michelin-trained chefs and built to be delivered.
Here is the gap: our food and ratings are excellent, but our brand presence online does not reflect it. We have little to no organic content, an underbuilt social presence, and inconsistent brand look and feel. For a company whose entire thesis is becoming the biggest brand on food delivery in the Nordics, that is the single most underexploited asset we have. We are also relaunching our visual identity (new logo, new look), which needs to land everywhere at once.
You own that gap. You make Hubb look and feel like the best food brand in Denmark across every channel, and you turn our quality into visible, shareable, word-of-mouth-driving content.
1. Organic social content. Run Hubb's social channels (Instagram, TikTok and others) end-to-end: plan, create, post and engage. Authentic, native, fast-moving content (video first, photo second) that fits each platform. You own the content calendar and a consistent posting cadence.
2. Content production and creative direction. Create a lot yourself (shoot and edit on phone and light tools), and direct freelance photographers and videographers for the bigger productions. Critically: you write the brief. You decide what we are shooting, the shot list, the look, the props and the end use before anyone picks up a camera, so shoots are efficient and on-brand. You should be comfortable to put yourself on camera: we want a lot of authentic content, with you and the people on our team on camera.
3. Brand look and feel. Roll out the new visual identity consistently across social, the Hubb app, email and (in coordination) packaging. Keep the brand coherent everywhere a customer meets it.
4. PR and partnerships (earned reach). Build and run relationships with food bloggers, influencers, reviewers and local media. Land placements, organize collaborations, and design the occasional marketing stunt that gets Hubb talked about. This is a few hours a week, not a separate job, and it sits with you.
5. Community and word of mouth. Engage with followers and customers, grow the audience, and turn happy guests into content and advocates.
6. Light support to lifecycle channels. Contribute content to the own-app and email/newsletter touchpoints so the brand voice is consistent there too.
A consistent, planned posting cadence is live across channels (no more dark weeks).
Audience and engagement are growing on the priority platforms.
The new visual identity is rolled out across all channels on a coordinated launch.
A working pipeline of influencer/blogger/media placements and at least one stand-out stunt or collaboration.
A reusable content library (photo, video, UGC) the whole company can draw on.
0–3 years creating content for a brand, ideally food, hospitality or lifestyle (an exceptional intern or recent graduate with a strong portfolio is welcome).
A real eye and real taste. You can both make content (shoot, edit, write captions) and direct freelancers from a clear brief.
Native-level Danish content and fluent English. You understand Danish food culture and the local creator/influencer scene.
Scrappy, fast and self-directed. You ship, learn and iterate rather than wait for perfect.
Bonus: basic paid-social know-how, motion/graphics skills, or food-styling experience.
Reports to the CEO; coordinates closely with the COO and our managers on food & restaurant content.
Owns a freelance production budget and a roster of photographers/videographers you brief and manage.
In-person in Copenhagen for shoots and venue access; flexible otherwise.
This role is deliberately cost-efficient and can scale with proof:
Paid internship / student (part-time): ~10,000–15,000 DKK/month, or an hourly student rate.
Junior full-time: To be negotiated
Plus a variable freelance production budget (~10,000–15,000 DKK/month) for photographers and videographers.
Strong performers grow into a Brand Lead role as Hubb scales across the Nordics.
