As Country Manager, you will be responsible for the operational performance, compliance and member experience across LifeX's Danish portfolio. You will act as the operational owner of the country, ensuring that our homes, teams, partners and processes consistently deliver a high-quality living experience while meeting all legal and financial requirements.
This role combines operational leadership, regulatory compliance, people management, stakeholder coordination and commercial ownership. You will work closely with central teams to drive operational excellence and support LifeX's continued growth in Denmark.
Operational Leadership & Compliance
Act as the operational owner for Denmark, ensuring all properties, processes and teams operate in compliance with applicable Danish legislation and internal standards.
Take full ownership of the end-to-end tenancy lifecycle, including lease agreements, rent adjustments, collections, arrears management, notice handling and eviction processes.
Ensure compliance with Danish rental legislation, including occupancy requirements, multi-occupancy regulations and local rent regulation requirements.
Vendor, landlord and contractor management
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Denmark-based operational staff
Country ownership
Own the Country operational budget and reporting.
Own KPIs: member satisfaction/NPS, maintenance response times, cleaning-quality scores and cost-per-unit.
Lead new-unit launch operations and coordinate with central functions (landlord partnerships, growth).
Member Experience & Community
Support-chat issue resolutions Tier 3 / Compliance issues.
Overseeing member communication against defined SLAs.
Support community events as an operational quality lever.
2-3 years min. experience in Operations or property/facilities management background, ideally in serviced housing, hospitality, co-living or multi-site properties.
Working knowledge of Danish rental and property regulation, or demonstrable ability to own compliance with advisory support.
Proven people leadership
Commercial literacy: comfortable owning a budget and KPIs.
English; Danish a strong advantage given regulatory, landlord and vendor interactions.
