This is not a passive role. You'll sit at the intersection of product and engineering, working directly with our team to build and ship features for the Globhe platform V2. You'll leverage Claude and the Anthropic API daily, not just as tools, but as a core part of our development workflow.

You'll help build internal tools, client-facing features, backend integrations, and AI-powered workflows. You'll be hands-on with code, but also expected to think like a product manager: understanding user needs, defining requirements, and driving decisions forward.

You thrive when you get to make sense of the most ambiguous and abstract problems. You dare to ask the hard questions, challenge assumptions, and don't wait around for directions. You take initiative, and if AI can solve something better than a manual process, you build it.

Contract: Full-time, project basis, 6 months to start with, with the possibility of extension and a strong path to a permanent role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build & Ship

Develop and iterate on platform features for Globhe V2, from scoping to deployment
Build AI-powered tools and automations using Claude (Anthropic API) integrated into our frontend and backend
Work on pricing tools, order flows, pilot dashboards, and client-facing interfaces
Connect integrations across our stack, APIs, databases, and third-party services

Own Product Thinking

Translate business requirements into clear, buildable specs
Identify friction in existing workflows and propose data-driven improvements
Collaborate directly with the Sales & Delivery team to prioritise and execute the V2 roadmap

Collaborate Across the Business

Work closely with the Sales & Client Delivery team to fully understand the roadmap, client needs, and what's coming next
Turn real-world delivery feedback into product improvements, and you'll hear directly from the people closest to clients
Bridge the gap between what's being promised to clients and what gets built on the platform

Work with AI - Really Work with It

Set up Claude prompts, agents, and workflows that accelerate development cycles
Take your own initiative on how to solve problems, if there's a smarter way to do it, find it and build it
Don't be afraid to replace manual, repetitive work with AI solutions; we actively encourage it
Leverage Claude to assist with code generation, documentation, QA, and product analysis
Experiment with new integrations and push the boundaries of what AI can do in our platform
