tamigo is growing, and so is our customer base. We're looking for a Swedish-speaking Student Assistant to help us create an effortless experience for our customers in the Swedish market.

This isn't just about ticket-closing. Every day you'll play detective: a customer hits a problem, you dig in, work out what's really going on and turn it into a solution. You'll become a genuine expert in our Workforce Management software, get comfortable with the tools a modern SaaS support team uses, and learn how to explain technical things in a way that actually helps people.

You'll work closely with our Swedish customers, the Customer Experience department, and colleagues across tamigo — and you'll be a fully integrated part of the team from day one.

What you'll do

  • Support Swedish and international customers via email and phone — diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance

  • Educate and empower customers to get the most out of tamigo

  • Assist with contract renewals and translate documentation from English to Swedish

  • Act as a technical expert in pre-sales activities when needed

What we're looking for

  • Swedish at native level, plus solid written and spoken English

  • A current student with at least ~1 year left before graduating — ideally in business, IT, communication, or a related field. Bachelor and master’s student are equally welcome

  • Curiosity, a problem-solving mindset and the drive to figure things out
