We're building a platform that brings automation to one of the world's least-digitized industries: construction. And we're looking for a Full Stack Developer who wants their work to have real, tangible impact → fewer emissions and smarter decisions on construction sites.

Our AI-powered platform tracks activities across construction sites, replacing spreadsheets, site visits, and endless e-mails with automated insights that drive faster, better decisions. We're helping contractors cut costs, reduce CO₂ emissions, and build more efficiently - and we want you to help us push the boundaries even further.

Being a full stack developer at Acembee means more than writing high-quality code (even though this is a big part of it). It means shaping our architecture, influencing product direction, and mentoring the people around you. You'll help drive technical decisions, bring structure to complexity, and contribute to a product that's actively transforming how construction happens every single day.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack

• Develop APIs and services that power our real-time platform

• Build clean, intuitive interfaces for our users

• Work with AI, real-time data streams, and domain-specific data pipelines

• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, security, and DevOps

• Collaborate with a small, passionate team of software engineers and construction-domain expert

  
  

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer, preferably in high-impact or fast-moving environments

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React

• Just as comfortable in the frontend as the backend

• Deep familiarity with databases and cloud platforms

• Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices

• Comfortable working in Linux-based environments (our cloud runs Ubuntu & Alpine)

• A proven ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision - you manage your own time and take ownership end to end

• Recommendations or references from previous remote positions are a strong plus

• Startup mindset: proactive, curious, collaborative, and not afraid to take ownership

• Bonus points for experience with Traefik, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, AI engineering
