Juris is building AI-native software for legal and compliance work.
We are looking for a Founding Growth Lead to build the marketing and demand generation engine around Juris from the ground up.
This is an early, equity-based founding-team role for someone who combines strong B2B marketing fundamentals with the ability to use AI to move dramatically faster.
You will work closely with the founders to create awareness, trust, leads, and commercial momentum.
This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can think strategically, write clearly, build quickly, and ship campaigns without needing a large team.
define and sharpen ICPs and customer segments
build targeted lead and account lists
create outbound and nurture campaigns
improve the website, landing pages, and conversion flows
write blog posts, guides, LinkedIn content, and thought leadership
use AI to research markets, generate campaign ideas, draft content, enrich lists, and automate repetitive workflows
test messaging across different buyer groups
create a repeatable publishing and campaign rhythm
track what generates qualified interest and customer conversations
The goal is to build a practical, AI-enabled growth machine for a trust-heavy B2B market.
have strong B2B marketing instincts
can write sharp, credible copy for professional buyers
understand positioning, messaging, campaigns, funnels, and conversion
know how to use AI tools to multiply output
are comfortable building lead lists, campaigns, landing pages, and content systems
can move between strategy and hands-on execution
are structured, fast, and self-directed
are interested in AI, legal tech, compliance, and professional services
You might come from B2B SaaS, legal tech, regtech, compliance tech, AI tooling, professional services marketing, startup growth, demand generation, content marketing, or founder-led sales.
In the first phase, you will help build:
a clear ICP and messaging system
a sharper website and landing page structure
an AI-assisted lead list process
outbound campaign experiments
a blog/content system
a LinkedIn/content rhythm
simple tracking of leads, conversations, and qualified interest
This is not a role for someone who only wants to manage agencies or make strategy decks. We need someone who can build.
