This is your opportunity to step into a strategic agent ownership role, where you will be the architect and strategic owner of every AI agent touching our Sales and pipeline processes. If you possess deep GTM expertise, exceptional systems thinking, and an appetite for pushing the boundaries of agentic AI in a revenue context, read on.
Own the full AI agent programme for sales and pipeline processes
Design the business logic each GTM agent follows: what triggers it, what data it reads, what decision it makes
Continuously evaluate the AI and sales automation tool landscape and make recommendations on what to adopt, test or deprioritise
Define and maintain the quality standards and test cases that determine whether a GTM agent is ready for production
Act as the primary strategic partner to Sales, RevOps and SDR leadership, translating their operational needs into agent architecture decisions
Work with the automation engineers to ensure all GTM agents are correctly deployed on shared infrastructure
Designing and owning the business logic for each GTM agent across the full sales cycle
Leading the agent roadmap for GTM workstreams, identifying where new agents create the most value and sequencing builds accordingly
Running structured evaluations of new AI tools and frameworks and making the case for or against adoption
Owning the recurring review cycle to ensure agents stay accurate as the business changes
Tracking agent performance and communicating impact to GTM leadership in business terms — pipeline coverage, conversion lift, outbound efficiency
Collaborating with automation engineers on deployment and infrastructure decisions
A track record of owning and designing automation or AI systems in a GTM environment: you have made architectural decisions, not just implemented them
Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS sales processes and the data that drives them, particularly pipeline management, deal qualification and outbound sequencing
Strong command of what lives in Salesforce and what signals matter for pipeline health
Hands-on experience evaluating and selecting AI or automation tooling, you have a genuine point of view on what to use and why
Practical experience with LLMs and agentic AI, you understand what agents can and cannot reliably do
Strong stakeholder management skills, sales teams move fast and you know how to earn credibility by shipping things that work
Comfort with ambiguity, this space is moving quickly and the right answers are not always obvious yet
