ØNSK is looking for a structured and service-minded Office & Event Assistant on a part-time basis, who will take ownership of keeping our office running day to day – and ensuring that our internal and external events are executed to a high standard. You'll be a central point at our office in Nordhavn and the colleague everyone turns to when something needs to work. You'll report to Pernille, who heads up Customer Success as well as office and events, and you'll have an independent role with a high degree of freedom and responsibility – with the full support of the team, of course.
If you thrive with many balls in the air, are hands-on and practical, and get energy from creating great experiences for both colleagues and customers, then this is a role with plenty of room for ambition and growth.
Since 2017, ØNSK has worked directly with coffee farmers in Nicaragua and Peru to advance a regenerative and organic forest coffee system. Our efforts have already resulted in significant CO2 savings and better pay for the farmers. Today, ØNSK supplies coffee to more than 1,400 companies.
Run the day-to-day operations of the office so everyday life works for everyone – purchasing, suppliers, facilities, the lunch arrangement, welcoming guests, etc.
Look after our showroom at the office so it always looks inviting and representative for both colleagues and visitors.
Plan and execute internal events – from Friday bars and social gatherings to staff days, kickoffs and the Christmas party.
Plan and execute external events – customer events, open house (ØNSK Social), trade fairs and coffee tastings.
Run barista courses and coffee events for our customers.
Coordinate across teams and with external partners and suppliers.
Be the practical go-to person for ongoing ad hoc tasks that keep the organisation running smoothly.
Strong organisational skills and overview – you can keep many tasks running at once without losing sight of the details.
A service-minded and welcoming approach to colleagues, customers and guests alike.
Practical and hands-on – you pitch in wherever you're needed.
Skilled at operating manual coffee machines, ideally with a background as a barista or similar.
A desire to host barista courses and coffee events for our customers.
Experience with office operations, event coordination or a similar role is an advantage.
You thrive in an independent role where you drive your own tasks forward.
A high level of Danish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience from a growth company where things move fast is a plus.
A driver's licence is required.
A varied everyday life in an informal but ambitious working environment.
An independent role with freedom and responsibility, and the chance to put your mark on our setting and culture.
A part-time job of 20-25 hours per week, where extra hours, weekend and evening work may occur.
An office in Nordhavn with a view across Øresund.
Salary is set according to qualifications, and you're very welcome to state your expected salary level. We have a collective agreement, pension, health insurance and 6 weeks of holiday.
Social gatherings and a team that has fun together – across departments.
We're looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, but most importantly, someone who shares our values and wants to help create great energy for our employees and customers.
We review applications on an ongoing basis and hold interviews continuously, so feel free to send your application today.
