Mesh is looking for a Programme Lead to execute and grow our exclusive event programme in the Nordics and US.

Over the last year, Mesh Collective has become a trusted platform for the most ambitious founders and investors of our region. From skiing in Lofoten to surfing in San Francisco, we design experiences that bring exceptional people together and create the trust that drives collaboration, investment and company-building across borders. We believe these relationships are the connective tissue of a thriving startup ecosystem - and a key part of strengthening the Nordics' position on the global stage.

We're looking for a Programme Lead to help us scale the next chapter.

This role is ideal for a young professional who thrives at the intersection of operations, community, events and startups. Someone who loves creating exceptional experiences, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and is excited by the opportunity to help build one of the strongest founder and investor networks in the Nordics.

What you'll own

  • Building scalable workflows across events, communications and community management

  • Ensuring the right people receive the right information at the right time

  • Supporting reporting, invoicing and administrative processes

Communications & Growth

You will support communications before, during and after programmes and events.

This may include:

  • Event communications and campaign coordination

  • Content creation and distribution

  • Partner communications

  • Community engagement initiatives

  • Experimenting with AI and new tools to improve operations and member experience

Who you are

You are highly organised, proactive and naturally service-minded.

You enjoy being the person who makes things happen behind the scenes while ensuring others have an exceptional experience.

You likely have experience from a startup, VC platform team, founder community, accelerator, ecosystem organisation, event agency or similar environment.

You probably recognise yourself in several of the following:

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience

  • Strong project management and execution skills

  • Experience in planning and running events, programmes or community initiatives

  • Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

  • Experience with tools such as Luma, Notion, Squarespace, Zapier, Slack or similar

  • Curious about AI and excited to integrate new technologies into workflows

  • Strong interest in startups, venture capital and entrepreneurship

What makes someone successful in this role

  • You care deeply about quality and experience

  • You bring structure where others see chaos

  • You take ownership without waiting for instructions

  • You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

  • You enjoy building systems that scale

  • You are equally happy coordinating logistics and engaging with founders and investors

Practicalities & timeline

  • Based in Copenhagen

  • Full-time

  • Travel across the Nordics and occasionally the US
