E-commerce Growth Manager

Grad is a Scandinavian design brand creating premium products that combine functionality, craftsmanship, and timeless aesthetics. We are looking for a results-driven, hands-on E-commerce Growth Manager to help scale our direct-to-consumer business across Shopify, paid media, and marketplaces.


About the Role

You will take ownership of our e-commerce growth engine and work across Shopify, performance marketing, analytics, conversion optimization, retention, and Amazon. This is a highly practical role for someone who enjoys working directly in the tools and using data to drive profitable global growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our Shopify store and integrations

  • Plan, strategize, and execute paid campaigns across Meta and Google

  • Collaborate with external e-commerce agencies

  • Support and test Pinterest and TikTok advertising

  • Set up and maintain GA4, GTM, pixels, and attribution

  • Improve conversion rates through testing and funnel optimization

  • Build email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo

  • Optimize Amazon listings and advertising

  • Analyze performance and identify new growth opportunities


What We Are Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce growth or performance marketing

  • Strong Shopify experience

  • Data-driven and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Driven by results and motivated to consistently deliver high-quality work

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing

  • Working knowledge of Pinterest, TikTok, Klaviyo, and Amazon is a plus

  • Analytical, structured, and commercially minded

  • Experience with consumer, lifestyle, or design brands is an advantage

You will help increase revenue, improve return on ad spend, grow customer acquisition efficiently, increase conversion rates, and strengthen customer retention. You will play an important role in building a global lifestyle brand and be part of an exciting scale-up journey.
