You'll be joining the Marketing team, as the founding editor of what we think of as an internal production house - working alongside our Video Producer to build best-in-class video ads.
What you own:
Delivering 3-5 video ad creatives per week (20-45 seconds each)
Motion graphics/animation that elevates the work
Editing with performance in mind: hooks, pacing, retention - not just aesthetics
Staying ahead of what's working across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - and bringing those learnings into every edit
Developing our AI-powered editing- and animation skills
A repeatable creative production system that ships fast
A library of motion graphics templates and reusable assets that speed up every future project
An editorial instinct developed on converting ads - not just good looking ones
A workflow supercharged by AI tools, so we can do more with less and move at startup speed
Have 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with strong motion graphics chops
Understand the playing field of the one-second economy. You edit for the first frame, the hook, the conversion
Are faster than you are perfectionist. Speed and "good enough" beats slow perfection every time
Watch more editing tutorials than Netflix. You're on YouTube learning new AI tools before your friends have even heard of them
