Truck Logistics Operations Associate

We’re expanding our presence fast in Denmark, and you’ll be hands-on in making it happen. This is more than just a logistics operations role - you’ll be coordinating daily transports via trucks, supporting partners and customers, and creating value real-time. Your work will directly impact delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and how well we scale. This is a role with a steep learning curve, ideal if you want real responsibility early in your career and a clear path to grow within a fast-expanding, high-energy logistics startup.

Who are we

We're building Europe's fastest used car delivery platform, connecting freelance drivers and truck carriers with car buyers to enable delivery times never seen before. Think Uber or Wolt, but for used car logistics. We're backed by top Nordic investors and the founders/operators of Wolt & Swappie, and we're scaling fast across Europe.

H1 2024: First customers, validated idea, launched Germany–Finland and Sweden–Finland routes

H2 2024: Reached €150k monthly revenue and closed a €920k pre-seed round

H1 2025: Launched Denmark, built driver pools in Sweden & Denmark, monthly revenue €400k

H2 2025: Built country team in Denmark, hired first team members in Germany, closed a €5M seed round

H1 2026: Scaling fast in Denmark and across Europe, monthly revenues of >€1 million

What you'll do

• Handle daily truck transport operations with deliveries in Denmark and Western Europe

• Coordinate optimal routes, deliveries and monitor execution quality

• Communicate with carrier partners and customers via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve real-time operational issues quickly and calmly

• Work closely with the global Truck Operations teams and leadership

• Assist in improving processes, workflows, and tools

• Support sourcing and onboarding of truck carrier partners while building strong, reliable relationships

What we're looking for

• 0–2 years general experience valued but not required

• Availability: full-time based in Copenhagen

• Fluent in English (a plus if you are professionally proficient in German, French, Italian, or Spanish)

• Attention to detail and a sense of task ownership 

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks

• Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented

• Interest in startups, logistics, and fast-paced environments

• Motivation to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
