About Teton

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our product alleviates administrative inefficiencies and observational tasks that overburden healthcare professionals, and enabling them to provide better patient care.

Through a combination of in-room hardware, AI and desktop and mobile applications, Teton helps create a seamless healthcare experience for both patients and providers. Our solution provides unprecedented access to real-time data insights, creating a digital twin of patient states and care delivery that empowers healthcare providers with actionable intelligence for optimal decision-making.

The Role

You'll be the operational backbone of a small supply chain team (One Manager and a warehouse/assembly team) as operations scale up. Roughly 60% of the work is predetermined processes and data management and the remaining 40% is project work, where you'll go deep on initiatives that match where you want your career to head.

You'll have the opportunity to develop toward a specialist track in the area you find most compelling; warehouse management, procurement, production planning, or logistics, with real ownership. We don't have layered hierarchy, so the depth of your specialization is genuinely up to you and your appetite to take on the work.

What You'll Do - Routine (~60%)

•      Inbound coordination: classify suppliers, document discrepancies surfaced during receiving, and close the loop with suppliers when something's wrong. Support the warehouse lead during receiving when needed.

•      Order fulfillment: pack and label outbound orders, book carrier shipments via NTG / UPS / DHL / FedEx, prepare customs paperwork (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).

•      Long-tail procurement: own small recurring purchases (packaging, consumables, warehouse equipment) end-to-end: source, order, follow up, log.

•      ERP & data hygiene: keep Odoo clean: product master data, vendor records, weights & dimensions, purchase order updates.

•      Documentation: write and maintain SOPs in Notion, update the supplier master, capture process learnings.

•      Reverse logistics: coordinate returns and information flow across regions.

•      Reporting: contribute to the monthly KPI reporting and supply-chain brief for the exec board.

What You'll Do - Projects (~40%)

You'll take on one or two larger initiatives at a time, scoped together with the Supply Chain Manager. Examples of what's on the roadmap right now: warehouse layout and equipment optimization, product launch logistics, customs and compliance process design, reverse-logistics flow rebuild. Project assignments tilt toward the specialist tracks you're growing into.

How We Work

We're a small hands-on team in a fast-moving hardware company. When a big shipment lands at the dock, everyone on the supply chain function is downstairs carrying boxes to staging, sometimes on minutes of notice. That includes the Supply Chain Manager. We don't have anyone managing logistics from behind email, and we're not hiring someone to start.

If you're motivated by physically watching the work move and the variety that comes with a role where one hour you're closing a customs declaration and the next you're moving boxes, this will fit you. If you'd rather stay at your desk all day, it won't.

What You Bring

•      Clear motivation to learn, execute, and make a difference within the company.

•      Currently studying or recently graduated in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or similar. (Fits both a vocational background and MSc level).

•      Strong attention to detail. You spot a wrong HS code or a missing serial number before it becomes a customer's problem.

•      Fluent English (our working language).

•      Solid Excel / spreadsheet instincts and exposure to established ERP systems.

•      Ability to leverage agentic AI tools in daily workflow

•      Self-starter mindset - we'll point you at problems and give you the rope to solve them.

Nice to Have

•      Exposure to import/export, customs documentation, or international shipping.

•      Experience working with Odoo.

•      Understanding of computer components such as memory, storage, PSU, etc.
