About the Role

Loyalty has developed a concrete AI roadmap consisting of 13 prioritized use cases with identified business potential. We are now looking for a Head of AI to own the execution of this roadmap, test and implement initiatives, and ensure that AI becomes a practical and profitable part of Loyalty’s operations and customer deliveries. Over time, you will have the opportunity to build your own team around the role.


Responsibilities

  • Drive the AI roadmap from planning to operational implementation

  • Select and implement an STT (speech-to-text) platform for Norwegian conversations

  • Execute pilots with measurable and documented impact

  • Establish practical frameworks for AI, data governance, privacy, and quality

  • Implement successful solutions into daily operations

  • Identify new commercial opportunities based on AI, insights, and data

  • Collaborate closely with leaders across sales, customer service, HR, and administration


Profile

We are looking for a commercial and hands-on technology profile with experience in implementing technology through previous roles, your own company, or larger side projects. You have experience with and a solid understanding of AI tools, speech-to-text technology, LLMs, automation, data flows, and integrations. You do not need to be a heavy developer, but you must understand technology well enough to evaluate solutions, define requirements, and get things done. Experience with agentic coding tools, Claude Code, Codex, or similar platforms is considered an advantage.
