We're looking for a proactive and creative individual eager to gain hands-on experience in digitalisation, research, and event preparation to join our office at the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
Assist in developing and executing the Beyond GovTech conference, happening November 16 - 17.
Help shape Denmark’s national narrative around GovTech.
Contribute to communication efforts across social media, website content, our monthly brief Decoding, and reports.
Assist with event communications and preparing for high-level delegations, conferences, and strategic initiatives.
Take on various day-to-day tasks that keep our communication activities running smoothly.

Are you studying communication, journalism, political communication, or a related field?
Have excellent writing skills in English.
Are independent but also a team player.

Have an eye for detail and can work on multiple projects at once.
Are proactive and eager to learn and contribute.
Start date: Mid-August or early September 2026
Duration: 4-6 months
Hours: 25-37 hours per week (flexible work hours)
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (office-based with some flexibility)
