WelWio is a B2B Capacity Intelligence Platform. We detect early signs of capacity decline in employees via passive smartphone signals. No surveys, no wearables, no active input from the employee.
Where we are:
The product has been self-funded from the ground up. Free pilots go live in about a month. First paying customers are signed and start after the summer. We are well past the analysis stage and ready to deliver.
What we're missing:
A third technical voice with ownership. We are two co-founders with commercial, fundraising and product strategy experience and medical, regulatory and people & culture experience respectively, but we're missing someone who owns the code and the technical direction long-term.
What you own:
Equity-based compensation. We are open about structure and terms with the right person. There is no salary until funding is secured. Consulting on the side is fine. We are not looking for someone who can drop everything now. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of this from here.
Who we are:
Peter and Christina co-founded Hedia: CE-marked medical software, €15M+ raised, 100,000+ patients across 7 European markets, 0 to 35 FTE. We have done this before and will do it again, in a market that is far easier to sell into.
What we're looking for:
You have built something and taken it to production. You want skin in the game over a big title. You don't need to dream of becoming a CTO - you just need to want to build with us. You are comfortable in early stages and can run in parallel until we are ready to move full time.
You are comfortable with signal processing, passive data collection and AI-driven pattern recognition. You don't need to have built exactly this before, but you need to understand what it takes.
