About the role

We're looking for someone to own sales operations at Atlo. The role sits close to the founding team, but it is a real function with real ownership, not a general support seat.

Day to day, you keep our sales pipeline running: managing the CRM, running outbound to our lead list, triaging inbound leads, scheduling demos, and supporting communication with the brands we work with. You build the systems behind all of it.

This is a full-time role based in our Copenhagen office.


About Atlo

Wholesale is often a brand's biggest sales channel, but it is still run manually. Atlo enables brands to run their wholesale on autopilot.

We do this through a platform that helps brands monitor stock and price levels across retail partners. It tracks, analyzes, and creates personalized orders at scale. We enable sales teams to know exactly who to contact, what order to send, and when.

Our platform is built to simplify the complexity of wholesale management using artificial intelligence and advanced order algorithms. We are looking for a strong individual to join our team and help our founders with various operational and project work.

What you’ll do

  • Own our sales pipeline: keep it clean, build segments, run structured outbound

  • Sort and categorize inbound leads, qualify them, and support conversations with the founders

  • Schedule and coordinate product demos end-to-end

  • Support communication with the brands we work with, and collect their input for the team

  • Build and improve the systems behind all of the above

  • Based in Copenhagen: This role requires physical presence in our Copenhagen office

  • Highly organized: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking while maintaining structure and overview

  • Proactive: You anticipate needs and take initiative without constant supervision (we hate micromanagement)

  • Trustworthy: You handle sensitive information with care and discretion

  • Adaptable: You are comfortable managing a wide range of diverse tasks

  • Strong communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
