Role Overview

As Sales Lead – UK, you will be the commercial spearhead for our UK expansion. This isn’t just a sales role, it’s a market-building mission. You’ll ignite the UK business from scratch, land flagship clients, and help establish PriceAgent as the global leader in pricing insights.

We start fast with a contract engagement, focused on impact and momentum from day one. For the right candidate, strong performance opens the door to:

  • A full-time leadership role, and

  • Equity ownership (a real seat on the cap table)

This is a chance to help build a global business, not just sell into it.

Compensation

During Contract Engagement:

  • Commission: 15-20% on new business ACV

  • Milestone Bonuses for anchor wins & market impact

Upon Transition to Full-Time:

  • Base Salary: USD 120,000–150,000

  • Variable OTE: USD 60,000–100,000

  • Total OTE: USD 180,000–250,000+

  • Equity: Meaningful options for candidates shaping UK expansion

What You’ll Do

  • Build the UK market from zero to scalable revenue.

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts.

  • Open doors across CPG, retail, DTC/ecom, SaaS, durables, and more.

  • Win strategic accounts that become long-term UK anchors.

  • Represent PriceAgent at events, conferences, and client meetings: you’re the face of PriceAgent on the UK.

  • Feed real market intel directly to the CEO and product team.

  • Help shape the blueprint for our future UK & Europe sales organization.

What You Bring

  • We are looking for candidates with proven experience selling SaaS solutions to mid-sized and enterprise consumer brands, retailers, or e-commerce companies.

  • 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS or insights/analytics sales success.

  • A record of smashing quota and closing enterprise deals.

  • Comfort in chaos: you thrive in early-stage environments.

  • A hunter mentality with strategic finesse.

  • Strong storytelling and commercial communication skills.

  • Based in the UK with travel flexibility.

  • A plus, but not required, to have experience within pricing, WTP and/or research. Otherwise, we see you have a fast-learning mindset.
