Responsible for the community activity programme running Monday-Friday, the week before the main event, and for stage host coordination during the weekend.
Primary contact for all community activity partners: ensure activity forms are completed, and all information is gathered for the ticketing platform
Quality control of community activities: confirm that event details, available spots, and participant requirements are clearly communicated
Manage commercial partnerships for paid community activity placements.
Coordinate goodie bag collection from partners ahead of build day
On-site for build day (2 Oct): oversee goodie bag sorting with volunteer support
Point person for all six stage hosts across Impact, Vision, and Experience stages
Ensure stage hosts are fully briefed: programme rundowns, speaker/facilitator names and order, timing, and what to do when things shift
Support smooth handovers between sessions on all three stages
Coordinate with the Volunteer Coordinator on volunteer coverage for other onsite activities.
