THE OPPORTUNITY

Genta is an AI implementation partner for small and mid-sized companies. We help clients move to secure, measurable and operating AI agents.

We are looking for an AI Builder: a hands-on engineer and architect who can translate real business processes into production-grade AI agent systems. You will design the flow, build the automation, connect the data, implement guardrails, create observability and make sure the agent can be trusted in day-to-day use. This will be done with strong support from colleagues and strategic development house, supporting the build of of the agents.

The goal is simple: make AI concrete, safe and operational - with measurable ROI and humans in control.

What you will build

You will build agents which can support businesses meeting their objectives on earnings and growth. Always having the existing organization in the center of the process.

Our agents are at this point based on:

• AI agent flows combining n8n for workflow orchestration and LangGraph / LangChain for the agent reasoning core.

• A clean API boundary between the workflow layer and the reasoning layer, so each part can evolve independently.

• Structured agent graphs for intent classification, entity extraction, product or order validation, tool calls, confidence scoring and response generation.

• Integrations to customer systems through MCP, REST APIs, SOAP, OData and database-backed adapters.

• Conversation memory, state checkpoints and audit trails using PostgreSQL.

• Queueing, caching and asynchronous jobs using Redis / BullMQ.

• PDF, report or certificate generation from HTML / CSS templates and headless rendering.

• Human-in-the-loop approval flows for order intake, sensitive decisions or low-confidence outputs.

• Observability, evaluation cases, logs and traces so Genta can trust, debug and improve every agent.

  
  

Your responsibilities

• Work with customers (from board level, CEO to employees in the different areas of the business), consultants and development partners to map workflows into buildable agent architectures.

• Translate flowcharts and business cases into technical specifications, delivery backlogs and production implementations.

• Build n8n automations, backend services, LangGraph nodes and integration adapters.

• Engineer prompts and structured outputs; design schemas, validation rules and error handling.

• Develop test cases, evals, fallback paths, retry logic and graceful degradation patterns.

• Package reusable components into Genta's agent toolkit so new customer flows can be built faster.

• Document what you build and train both internal colleagues, development partners and customer users.

• Keep the architecture practical, secure, maintainable and aligned with customer value and ROI.

What you bring

You are a strong match if you have built software that talks to messy real-world systems and you enjoy turning ambiguity into reliable workflows.

AN ADVANTAGE TO HAVE

• Strong backend or software engineering skills in TypeScript / Node.js and/or Python.

• Experience building APIs, integrations, automation workflows or event-driven systems.

• Practical experience with LLMs: tool calling, structured output, prompt design, guardrails and hallucination reduction.

• Ability to model business processes as state machines, graphs, queues or workflow systems.

• Comfortable with databases, especially PostgreSQL, plus version control, Docker and cloud deployment.

• A security and data-protection mindset: access control, auditability, GDPR, data minimisation and reliable logging.

• Excellent communication: you can explain technical decisions at eye level to non-technical customers.

NICE TO HAVE

• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, n8n or MCP.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, SOAP, OData or ERP integrations.

• Experience with Redis, BullMQ, Prisma, Puppeteer, email systems and SPF / DKIM / DMARC.

• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks, RAG, conversation memory or agent observability.

• Experience with ESG, CSRD, product data, document automation or compliance-heavy workflows.

• Danish language skills or experience working with Danish SMEs.
