As Accounting & Operations role, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling our financial and operational foundation. Working closely with the Director of Finance, you will drive accurate reporting, streamline processes, and help build a high-performing finance & operations function from the ground up. You will be instrumental in creating structure, improving efficiency, and supporting the company’s growth in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with exceptional financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for building and optimizing operations at scale.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across financial and operational workflows
Manage revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards
Drive process improvements and help implement scalable finance & operations systems
Manage day-to-day operational and administrative processes across the business
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities
VAT handling & reporting
Help build and scale the finance & operations function alongside the Director of Finance
Handling People Ops
Assist Director of Finance with Audit, R&D credits & communication with external consultants.
Build and maintain Excel-based financial models to support budgeting, analysis & forecasting with the Director of Finance
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Auditor certification is a plus.
5+ years of accounting or financial management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Light or similar).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze financial information clearly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
You take ownership, solve problems independently, and move fast to get things done.
