We’ve validated the product and sales playbook - now we need you to help us turn traction into growth!
Build and drive the outbound sales function from the ground up
Own deals end-to-end: prospecting → demo → negotiation → close → handover to CS
Build and manage your own pipeline (CRM discipline & utilisation is a must)
Set targets, achieve them, and report results to the organization
Work closely with founders on sales strategy, i.e., target audience, messaging, ICP definitions, etc
Continuously innovate and improve on how we sell (tools, playbooks, approach)
Contribute to expanding into new markets – especially Germany
You will work closely with our two commercial Founders and CS Director
You are a high agency individual and entrepreneurial go-getter - someone who’s motivated by building and growing sales from the ground up, while getting your hands dirty. 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in 0→1 SaaS or tech
Experience in an early-stage or low-structure environment (startup or new market)
Proven ability to run full-cycle sales independently (prospecting → close → handover)
Track record of generating your own pipeline (not relying on inbound or SDRs)
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets (OTE)
Prospect and book meetings consistently through outbound
Run structured discovery and demos that translate product into clear business value
Can deeply understand customer problems and sell outcomes
Connect product → value → ROI clearly
Manage and move deals forward without needing heavy support or structure
Handle objections around product gaps, pricing, or timing
Close deals and take full ownership of your numbers
Work in a fully remote / distributed environment (this opportunity motivates you)
You’ve created your own messaging, sequences, or playbooks before
You naturally test, iterate, and improve how you sell
You document what works and think in systems, not just activities
You’re comfortable operating without everything being defined
Strong experience working with a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
You use CRM as a tool to manage pipeline, track insights, and improve performance
You are structured in follow-ups, notes, and pipeline management
You know how to utilize data to your advantage, create reports, and set healthy Targets / KPIs.

Motivated by building something from scratch, not just executing
English – required: C1–C2 full professional proficiency or native
Danish – required: C1–C2 full professional proficiency or native (German, yet non DK, natives can be considered)

30 days — Learn, absorb, get in the game
Get up to speed on TrackSights: product, Industry, ICPs, SOPs, Sales Playbook (We will help you!)
Shadow founders on sales calls and start contributing early with outreach and pipeline
Learn and start using our CRM (Hubspot), tools, and outbound workflows

60 days — Build pipeline, find your rhythm
Launch your own outbound and start building a qualified pipeline
Run your own calls and demos end-to-end
Develop your own structure, messaging, and workflow
👉 Goal: create consistent activity and real pipeline momentum - get as many customer talks under your belt as possible
90 days — Own it and start executing your own pipeline!
Fully own your pipeline from first touch to close
Consistently run deals and start closing independently
Start contribute to improving our outbound strategy, growth strategy discussions and playbooks
👉 Goal: generate revenue and help shape how we scale sales
First sales hire — real ownership and impact
Work directly with founders who already closed the first deals and proved the sales-playbook
Work directly with, and learn from highly experienced team and founders
