Halmos is building a digital resilience platform that helps people turn heartbreak into heartstrong. We combine psychology, structured emotional journeys, and AI to train users' emotional fitness and build long-term resilience.
We’ve built strong early traction with Halmos V1.0.
Now, we’re creating Halmos V2.0 — and we’re looking for someone to help bring Halmos into the real world through offline community, events, and meaningful partnerships in Copenhagen.
We need someone who loves people, emotions, creativity, and connection —
someone who knows how to create moments that people remember, talk about, and feel part of.
You’ll help build the Heartstrong community in Copenhagen — not just organizing events, but creating experiences people genuinely feel.
Plan and run offline community events in any format: circles, talks, dinners, walks, workshops, pop-ups, creative gatherings, or something we haven’t imagined yet
Bring your own creativity to how heartbreak, emotional fitness, resilience, and human connection can show up in real life
Explore and reach out to potential partners: cafés, studios, universities, wellness spaces, therapists, brands, communities, cultural venues, and local organizations
Help design event concepts, themes, formats, and rituals that match the Halmos spirit
Support event logistics: venue, guest list, communication, setup, hosting, and follow-up
Represent Halmos in the Copenhagen community with warmth, confidence, and emotional intelligence
Help test what kind of offline experiences people need, love, and return to
Support content capture from events when useful — photos, videos, quotes, reflections, and community stories
Help shape how Halmos grows from an app into a real community movement
This is not a “just organize an event” role.
This is about building a community people feel they belong to.
You’re based in Copenhagen
You’re a self-starter with a high ownership mindset
You don’t wait to be told what to do — you try things, test, learn, and iterate
You enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and bringing people together
You’re emotionally aware, or at least deeply curious about human emotions
You’ve probably gone through something real — and reflected on it
You care about meaning, not just aesthetics
You are organized enough to make ideas actually happen
You feel comfortable reaching out to people, venues, brands, and potential partners
You can think creatively about events, community, and offline experiences
Have experience organizing events, workshops, pop-ups, community gatherings, or student activities
Speak Danish
Have a network in Copenhagen
At Halmos, we value:
Honest communication (say things as they are)

Accountability (you own your work)
And most importantly:
👉 a kind heart + resilient mindset
👉 A genuine desire to build something that helps people through hard times 💔
This role is based in Copenhagen, as the focus is on building Halmos’ offline Heartstrong community locally.
