Copenhagen Health Week is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time team member to join us as soon as possible.
This is not your typical job. It’s not neatly boxed into one department, and it’s definitely not predictable. If you’re looking for a clearly defined role with repetitive tasks, this isn’t it.
You’ll work across the organisation, collaborating with different teams to bring Copenhagen Health Week to life. One day you might be deep in operations, the next working on partnerships, sales, speaker outreach, or marketing.
Someone who:
Has a background in events or similar fast-paced environments
Is comfortable moving between operations, sales, marketing, and partnerships, and finance
Enjoys working across teams and doesn’t need rigid structures
Is not afraid of hard work when it counts
Thrives in ambiguity and figures things out as they go
Is curious, proactive, and willing to challenge the obvious
Strong verbal and written communication
Stakeholder management across different seniority levels
Hands-on execution mindset
Someone can work with complex budgets
Comfortable working closely with founders and diverse teams
Solid organisational skills, including budgeting and coordination
Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools
Work and manage a group of dedicated volunteers
