We’re are looking for a part-time Office Assistant to join our People & Culture team in Copenhagen. You’ll be the go-to person who helps making sure our office is in order.

🔥What you'll be doing

• Supply: You’ll ensure we never run out of the essentials, from hand towels to the all-important lunch. Taking charge of the weekly orders to keep the fridge happy.

• Office: Help us keep our common areas looking sharp & organised. Putting out and clearing up after lunch everyday, cleaning the coffee machine, meetings or general office up-keep.

• Events: Helping us set Friday bars, monthly breakfast clubs and team events. 🍻

• Helping Hand: Diving into fun ad hoc projects with the People & Culture team or jumping in whenever a colleague needs a quick assist. No two days are usually the same.

• Hardware: You will help with inventory of our hardware, helping get equipment ready for any onboarding and making sure the team have what they need.

We’re looking for a proactive person who wants to brings good energy into every room (ofc off day you don't have to). You’re a great fit if:

• Time: 20 hours a week, lunchtimes and around events (4 hours a day).
