As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the Executive Team and Board of Directors to ensure that strategy turns into action — and action into results. You will be the connective tissue across leadership, keeping priorities clear, decisions sharp, and execution on track.
You are structured, proactive, and not afraid to follow up. Internally, you’re known as the “friendly stopklods” — ensuring things move forward without creating friction.
1. Drive executive alignment and governance
Own and drive executive alignment and governance across leadership and board activities
Facilitate effective leadership and board meetings with clear agendas and high-quality decision-making
Ensure strong follow-up and accountability on key priorities and decisions
Oversee preparation of high-quality materials with a clear and consistent narrative
Maintain structure, cadence, and clear communication across executive and board processes
2. Strategic Project Leadership
Orchestrate the internal process of a potential uplisting to Nasdaq
Drive compliance gap analysis and support audit processes (with executive backing)
Act as key coordinator across external stakeholders including advisors and legal counsel
Coordinate internal inputs for the prospectus to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
3. Operational Infrastructure (Ad Hoc)
Lead cross-functional operational projects (e.g. IT migrations, tooling)
Manage logistics and coordination for investor roadshows and key company events
