Role Description
As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own the full customer journey - from onboarding to long-term value creation - working closely with CFOs and finance teams.
But more importantly:
You’ll act as the bridge between our customers and our product team, ensuring that real-world finance challenges directly influence how we build and evolve Plinto.
What you’ll be doing
Lead onboarding and ensure customers get off to a strong start
Drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business value
Build trusted relationships with CFOs and finance stakeholders
Identify expansion opportunities and support commercial growth
Translate customer needs into actionable product insights
Work closely with product & engineering to shape the roadmap
Qualifications
Strong experience driving customer outcomes in B2B SaaS (onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion)
Experience working with finance teams - ideally as a former controller or similar
Comfortable navigating complex stakeholders and processes
Thrives in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment
Proactive, structured, and great at building trust
Fluent in Danish and English
