We are seeking a qualified Cultural Research Strategist to conduct advanced research and provide advice on cultural and organizational development as we undergo growth.
The role focuses identifying and analyzing our pain points in organizational culture, international communications, and customer value variations across different markets. The successful candidate will translate findings into evidence-based strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
This is a full-time specialist position based in Copenhagen that requires at least 35+ hours of commitment per week.
Design and conduct independent research, including data analysis and qualitative inquiry, to assess and mitigate pain points within cultural areas.
Analyze complex data (e.g. cSAT, sales figures, translation requests, etc) using methods from anthropology, sociology, or related disciplines.
Produce analytical reports and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making.
Develop and deliver presentations to articulate strategies for strengthening existing communication systems.
Contribute expert input to critical decisions grounded in interpersonal and cultural theories.
Must hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field.
Experience in a consulting, analytical, or advisory role involving application of research to person-centered organizational or strategic challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting analyses to stakeholders.
Must have a nuanced understanding of cultural theory and its implications within a workplace.
Demonstrated expertise in qualitative research methods, including informant interviews and data handling.
Must have high flexibility and adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
Must be fluent and able to voice nuanced insights in English.
Must be able to work from our Copenhagen office.
