The role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer / Web Optimization Specialist who can take responsibility for maintaining and improving our frontend setup.

You will work with websites, landing pages, tracking, user journeys, and ongoing optimisation. The role combines day-to-day maintenance with development and performance improvements, and you will play an important part in making sure our frontend solutions are stable, effective, and continuously improved.

This role could be a strong fit if you are a recent graduate with solid hands-on experience from student work, freelance projects, or previous jobs. It could also be a fit if you have several years of experience. What matters most is that you have practical experience and are ready to take ownership.

What you will work on

• Maintaining and improving frontend-related solutions across our websites

• Working with WordPress and ongoing website updates

• Developing and optimizing landing pages and key user journeys

• Implementing and improving GA4 and Google Tag Manager on the frontend side

• Working with tracking across key pages and flows

• Analyzing user behaviour, funnels, and conversion performance

• Building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio

• Supporting A/B tests and optimization initiatives

• Improving usability, website performance, and the overall digital user experience

Who you are

• You have hands-on experience with frontend development, ideally including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• You have worked with WordPress in practice

• You have experience maintaining and improving websites or landing pages

• You have knowledge of GA4 and ideally also Google Tag Manager

• You understand responsive design, web performance, and user experience

• You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your area

• You are comfortable working professionally in English

It is a plus if you also have experience with

• Looker Studio

• A/B testing and conversion optimisation

• Responsive design and mobile optimisation

• Website performance and page speed improvements

• Basic UX and accessibility principles
