Hotels and venues still run on outdated systems, juggling multiple tools that don’t talk to each other.
Staff spend more time managing systems than serving guests, and simple tasks take too many steps.
We’re replacing that with one AI-powered platform.
As our early designer, you’ll own how this category feels and works - across product, UX, and brand.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment - you’ll be expected to take responsibility and make decisions.
You’ll work directly with customers and see your designs in use within days, not months.
Backed by co-founders from Zendesk, Templafy, Sitecore, Penneo, Undo, and Just-Eat.
Grand is the system hotels and venues run their entire business on.
From selling rooms and managing bookings to housekeeping, tasks, invoicing, and automations, everything lives in one place.
We move fast and hold a high bar. The hospitality industry is demanding, and our product reflects that. It's full of hard workers with a love for the better things in life - good food, good company, good wine. We love hotels, venues, and travel.
We’re committed to a culture of learning and sharing knowledge; everyone is both a student and a teacher.
We work fully in-office because we believe learning, collaboration, and the best product decisions come from being in the same room.
You’ll work with ambitious people supported by experienced SaaS veterans.
High ownership from day one.
Direct access to customers and product decisions.
Fast shipping cycles (weekly, not quarterly).
Attractive warrant program.
A small, ambitious team that pushes each other to get better.
Amazing Friday bars & Hackathons!
