We are now looking for a motivated student to join us as a Coach Success Manager (Part-time) and help our coaches succeed from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to gain real startup experience while studying – with responsibility, learning, and impact from day one.


What You’ll Do

As a Coach Success Manager, you’ll help create great experiences for coaches using CoCoach. You’ll support onboarding, build helpful resources, and help improve how we guide coaches through their growth journey.

Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting coaches during onboarding and platform use - on a daily basis.

  • Helping build guides, tutorials, and learning resources

  • Working with Product and Marketing to improve the coach experience

  • Gathering feedback from coaches and helping improve processes

  • Supporting and scaling our Coach Success initiatives as we grow

This role is ideal if you enjoy helping people succeed and want experience working in a fast-growing startup.


Who You Are

We’re looking for someone motivated and proactive, who enjoys working with people and taking ownership of tasks.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Are currently studying a BSc or MSc in business, communication, tech, psychology, or similar

  • Communicate clearly and enjoy helping others learn

  • Take initiative and embrace responsibility and accountability

  • Work in a structured and data-driven way

  • Like building and improving processes

  • Have experience in customer service, community management, or SaaS (a plus, not a requirement)

No extensive experience required – curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn matter more.
