We are looking for a sharp, ambitious intern who wants to get hands-on experience building a real B2B sales machine from scratch — powered by AI.
AI now writes code faster than engineering teams can understand, deploy, or govern it. Syncable closes that gap.

We have live enterprise customers across healthcare, engineering, and manufacturing. We are growing fast and heading into a fundraising round. This is the ground floor.
This is not a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. You will be working at the frontier of how modern B2B sales actually gets done — using AI to do in hours what used to take weeks.
What you will own:
ICP research and list building. Use tools like Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI agents to build targeted prospect lists of CTOs, CISOs, Engineering VPs, and DevOps leads across Europe.
Outbound sequences. Design and test cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences — write the copy, set up the automation, analyse what converts.
Lead enrichment. Research prospects before outreach: company context, tech stack signals, recent news, hiring patterns — and feed that intelligence into personalised messaging.
CRM hygiene. Keep the pipeline clean and structured so the commercial team always knows where every opportunity stands.
Experiment and report. A/B test subject lines, messaging angles, and outreach timing. Build a view of what works for Syncable's specific ICP and share the findings.
AI-native workflow design. Help us build the outbound playbook — what prompts, what tools, what sequences turn a cold list into warm conversations.
You are studying business, marketing, data, or a related field — or you are self-taught and can demonstrate hunger.
You are curious about AI and already using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in your daily work.
You are organised and detail-oriented. Clean data and structured thinking matter to you.
You are not waiting to be told what to do. You take initiative, try things, and report back on what you learned.
You speak and write fluently in English. Danish, German, or another European language is a bonus.
You do not need to have sales experience — but you need to be genuinely interested in it.
Real ownership of a live commercial function at a funded, growing startup.
Hands-on experience with the AI sales tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and others) that are reshaping B2B go-to-market.
A reference and a story to tell. You will have built something real, not filed something in a folder.
