Growth, Technical Marketing & Product Positioning

Salary Unpaid

Can you take something technically complex and make it land with a CTO in three sentences? Can you write a LinkedIn post that engineers actually share? Do you understand the difference between a product feature and a market position?

If yes — we want to talk.

At Syncable, we are building the Cloud OS for the Agentic Era. Backed by Innovation Fund Denmark (Innofound), partnered with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Cloudflare, and connected to Europe's HPC network through EuroCC, we are on a path to become a defining European tech company. Now we need someone who can help us tell that story — clearly, credibly, and consistently — across every channel.

The company

The problem is urgent: AI now generates code faster than engineering teams can understand, deploy, or govern it. Every sprint, the gap widens. Syncable is the platform that closes it — with a temporal knowledge graph underneath that no competitor has.

Deploy. Any cloud. 20 minutes. Zero YAML. Operate. Root cause in minutes, not hours. Understand. A living, queryable map of your entire software system.

We have live enterprise customers across healthcare, engineering, and manufacturing. We have thousands of CLI downloads from organic developer adoption. And we have a story worth telling to the world.

The role

You will work at the intersection of content, positioning, and growth — helping us build the narrative that turns developer curiosity into enterprise deals.

What you will own:

  • Social media management. Own our LinkedIn and X (Twitter) presence — write posts, build content calendars, experiment with formats, and grow our audience of CTOs, DevOps engineers, CISOs, and technical founders.

  • Technical content. Translate what Syncable does into posts, threads, and short articles that engineers find credible and shareable. Not fluff — real insight, grounded in what the product actually does.

  • Product positioning. Help sharpen how we describe our three pillars (Deploy / Operate / Understand) to different audiences. A CISO cares about different things than an Engineering Lead. You will learn to write for both.

  • Competitive research. Track how competitors (Datadog, Snyk, Vercel, HashiCorp, and others) position themselves. Surface gaps and opportunities in how Syncable can differentiate.

  • SEO and content strategy. Research keywords, write or support blog content, and help make sure Syncable shows up when the right engineering teams are searching for solutions.

  • Campaign support. Help plan and execute content around product launches, partnerships, and events — from the Innofound network to hyperscaler partner events.

Who you are

  • You are studying marketing, communications, business, computer science, or something adjacent — or you have built something yourself and can show it.

  • You can write. Really write — clear, direct, confident sentences that do not hide behind jargon. You understand the difference between a press release and a post that engineers will actually read.

  • You are curious about technology. You do not need to be a developer, but you need to care about understanding what Syncable actually does — and be willing to go deep enough to explain it accurately.

  • You use AI tools in your workflow and are excited by what they unlock for content creation and research.

  • You have an opinion on what good marketing looks like, and you are not afraid to share it.

  • You speak and write fluently in English. Danish or another European language is a bonus.

What you will gain

  • Deep exposure to B2B SaaS marketing for a technically complex product — one of the hardest and most valuable skills in the industry.

  • Hands-on experience with product positioning, competitive strategy, and growth marketing at a funded European startup.

  • A portfolio of real content that reached a real audience — not mockups and hypotheticals.

  • A clear path: strong performers are considered for paid roles or founding team equity conversations.

Working at Syncable

We are small, serious, and moving quickly. Innovation fund denmark backing. Hyperscaler partnerships. EuroCC network. A product that solves a problem every engineering team in the world is about to feel.

We work remotely, treat everyone like a contributor, and give interns real ownership over things that matter. You will not be scheduling posts that someone else wrote. You will be shaping how one of Europe's most ambitious infrastructure startups talks about itself to the world.

We have the ambition to be a fast-growing, VC-backed European tech unicorn. The people who join now will be able to say they were part of that story from the beginning.

Syncable — The Cloud OS for the Agentic Era AI now generates code faster than teams can understand, deploy, or govern it. That's the new bottleneck — and it widens every sprint. Three crises hit simultaneously as AI coding adoption accelerated: 1) The Understanding Gap. 50% of all code is now AI-generated. 2) 1 in 4 AI samples contain a confirmed vulnerability — 2.74× more than human-written code. 3) 75% of developers say reviewing AI code is harder. Comprehension debt compounds every sprint. The Governance Gap. Static analysis sees code. Observability sees runtime. Cloud tools see infra. Nothing connects all three. 82% of companies have accumulated security debt; 80% of tech debt will be architectural by 2026 (Gartner). The Deployment Gap. 50%+ of code is AI-generated, but ~0% is deployed autonomously. Teams choose between PaaS lock-in or DIY complexity — at a cost of €450k+ per year in platform engineering alone. Syncable closes all three gaps with one platform: Deploy. Operate. Understand. 1) Deploy any cloud in 20 minutes. One command, zero YAML, BYOC — your cloud, your keys, EU sovereign. 2) Operate with MTTR reduced from 60 minutes to under 5. A knowledge graph links alert → commit → config change in under 30 seconds. 3) Understand your entire system through a Temporal Knowledge Graph — a living, graph-native record of every service, change, dependency, and deployment event, queryable at any point in history. No single competitor provides all three layers with a temporal knowledge graph underneath. That graph is the data moat: it compounds with every repo, every deployment, every incident. What Cursor did for coding, Syncable does for deployment — plus the world model that governs it all.
